Julio was recommended to investigate, repair and revolve a bathroom water leak problem in my…read morerental. The tenant reported water leak and flooded the bathroom and a lot of water damages. Julio, a young man, impressed me with his approach and skills in this job. He worked with a very difficult tenant who complained the contractor is not a big white owned company. We insisted on Julio to stay on the job. Julio started to seal off the bathroom as there are some mold on the baseboard. He discovered the leak was from somebody damaged the toilet water plumb and did not stop the water with the toilet valve. Julio opened the drywall to assure the water leak is not from pipe leak from the upstairs condo. He replaced the toilet, toilet valve, damaged drywall, baseboard and floor. He repainted the bathroom and did a good job in cleaning up . Julio communication is sufficient and in this job, he showed his 10 plus year of all around handyman experience. Miguel, Pancho, and their team did a fantastic job on my mini bathroom remodel. I wasn't ready to…read moreinvest in a complete remodel and left the original shower tiles and salvaged the old vanity, but my bathroom looks completely transformed nonetheless. I had gotten 3 estimates before I found Miguel and let's just say that Miguel offers extremely reasonable prices. Two of the quotes I received were at least double of what Miguel quoted me. Miguel is easy to communicate with and reviewed all the work I requested. I wanted new flooring, wall paneling removed and smoothed out with new paint, change of all the fixtures and exhaust fan, change the shower door and mirror, and add a recessed light over the shower. He provided the quote and we agreed to a payment plan. He informed me of everything that I needed to purchase on my end and have ready for his team when they arrived. They were punctual and very respectful of the space and clean as well. You can tell Miguel really takes pride in his work and even went above and beyond what we originally agreed to. I also asked him to change out the vanity in the guest bathroom as a last minute request and he was able to help me with that too.
