The owner, Kris, was helpful in answering questions about how soon the roof would be walkable after cleaning. He also was responsive about rescheduling a couple times. We were concerned about pressure washing because we had read horror stories about damage and also were concerned about losing the color of our tiles. In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.
