This car wash always has cars blocking the sidewalk and forces the public to literally walk in a busy street just to get around the cars they are washing. The workers never seem to want to work. Wouldn't give me VIP wash over 30 minutes claiming that it's because there's only one person in front. This has happened more than once during different times of the day for me to where I had to go inside the store and tell management which responded to me that they should be doing VIP. If you don't want to work don't come to work. I waited 10 minutes to be told this right before my 9 am shift. Rude. read more

Went here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Place was packed but they were quick, friendly and they took their time drying my car. The worst is when you go to a car wash and they hardly dry your car then you are left with marks everywhere. This place was and they took their time. Good prices and great service! Pretty decent car wash. The staff here put a little more effort into the pre-wash before your car goes onto the conveyor belt and into the wash tunnel. Cheapest wash is roughly $15 plus tip. No such thing as a cheap wash nowadays. This car wash is very small but I like it better than the other car wash over on sunrise near the shopping centers. The other car wash was very rough, scratched my car several times and customer service was just really poor. At Valley stream, the service was better. They cleaned the heck out of the grime that was clogged in the wells of my trunk door. The cashiers here were also polite and friendly. You also get a rewards card. read more

This place is very unprofessional, if I could give them no stars I would. Their business hours are incorrect and fluctuate daily depending on the owners schedule. I have tried twice to take my car to wash and each time I have been rejected by the workers telling me that I can not get my car washed. When calling the business and speaking to the owner she was very rude and tried blaming me saying that I went during a "busy time", but each time there were no cars and I was simply not allowed on the lot. The attendant had 3 people look at it and made the decision it probably wasn't safe to go through the automated car wash. Instead of saying they couldn't do it THEY HAND WASHED MY ENTIRE TRUCK. Very disappointed in this car wash - and I've been a customer for 21 years even as they changed ownership several times. Here's my explanation: I have 4 luxury cars - the weekend of Memorial Day 2021, I took one of my cars there to get washed on Thursday, May 27th. The line was extremely long - 45 mins - I waited, no complaints. By the time I reached the front of the line, one of the workers decided he needed to jump in (did not ask, although he knows me from frequently coming there) to wash a dealership car that was parked on the side. I was on my lunch break and already pressed for time due to the long wait. I asked to speak to the manager on duty who basically said and did nothing. So I called the shop asking to speak to the one of the owners. She was not in the office but she knows me very well. She said she would "speak" to the workers. However nothing was done and I was not even offered an apology. The owner's husband and son (inside at the cash register) again reiterated that they'll "talk" to their workers and said everyone needs to realize other people are paying customers too and they have the right to skip the line. Excuse me? WRONG ANSWER! The worker who skipped me to wash a dealership car COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE waited until the paying customers who had been in line for 45 mins cleared up a bit and then washed that car. Let me also make it clear that I tip these guys very well after each wash and I also tip them during the holidays although there are plenty of times they do not fully dry my car, they miss spots on it that are clearly visable, they have forgotten to put armoral on my tires, I let it go. This time was I had reached my breaking point. I had a free ticket for the car wash after 10 washes in my wallet (which proves how may times I support their business) I used it to pay for my car and left. I called the owner back and told her I was really disappointed in the way they handled the situation and they were going to lose a long time customer, her response was "okay, not a problem, take your business elsewhere" - which is exactly what I've done. They not only lost a customer of 21 years, now it is being noted how unprofessionally they also treat their customers. Apparently my money doesn't spend well with them but not a problem, it spends well at another car wash in the area where I now go and I am treated respectfully for the same price and a job well done. Obviously other customers have received the same rude and disrespectful response from the owner as well. Sad because I honestly like the workers here, respect them and have been a long time customer - no more. I too would give them no stars if I could. My advise to others reading this - pick another car wash where your time, money and respect is valued. read more

I brought my car here for the interior detailing, first they told me the price being advertised was incorrect and hadn't been updated since the previous owner. I paid $90 for a job that took less than an hour. The interior was horribly lathered with uneven coating, later that night I discovered food wrappers under my seat. They Did A Terrible Job Got my car washed today. First time I've been here in several months. An older gentleman took my order and was very friendly. I struck up a conversation with the cashier who told me her family had taken over the car wash and that they were working hard to improve it. After I paid, I walked outside and was surprised that my car was ready; I didn't think I'd been talking to the cashier very long. Well, it turns out I hadn't. They simply did not spend very much time on my car. As I drove away, I slid the door to my sunroof open to discover that they'd left the sunroof and visor soapy and dirty. Given that they charged me extra for my "oversized" car (I drive a Honda CRV), it's incredible to me that they clearly never touched the roof. As I ran errands, I realized that wasn't the only place they missed. They only cleaned half the dashboard and front windshield- the driver's side. The wheel wells and hubcaps are still dirty. The back of the car has water marks and the rear windshield was so streaked I used the rear washer so I could see better. I did not go back because I had errands to run and frankly, I'm not interested in arguing about it. I went there expecting the service I've always gotten in the past. It didn't. I've taken my car there for years and have been satisfied with the service. When I took my car there earlier this summer, I was told by a very nice woman that they had just bought the place and were "still learning the business." She was very friendly and seemed eager to have the business do well. As I drove away, I realized they had not cleaned the sunroof or visor- there was still soap on them! I was annoyed but gave them the benefit of the doubt- and I didn't notice it before I left so I didn't tell them. When I took the car today (the first time since then), I got in the car happy to have a clean car. Until I looked up. Once again, the sunroof and visor were soapy. I pointed it out and a man came over immediately to address my concern. After I left, I saw that the sunroof and visor weren't actually clean. He had just wiped most of the soap off. And the dashboard behind my steering wheel was still full of dust. I will not be back. read more

If you value professionalism and courtesy then this is a place for you. I've had my vehicle detailed and/or washed here numerous times and I've always left satisfied. Kudos to the staff for treating my car as if it was their own. It's amazing what two years can do to change your opinion of a facility/establishment, up until Sept 2018, I've had nothing but great thing to say about this car wash, but times has changed just as the management here as changed. New management isn't as accommodating, last year I purchased a 10 (ten) car wash plan from the previous owner for approximately $200 give or take, in October 2018 all of a sudden the electronic card used to keep track of number of wash no longer recognized my card. I was fortunate the previous owner was there helping the new owners get acclimated to the business. They actually wrote on the back of my card I had four carwashes left and there would be no issue in the future. Well our the winter I did wash the car as I didn't drive it, so today I go to use the card and they state they can run the card so I have to pay, not on my watch as I paid for 10 and have received only 6, 40% of my purchase is on the table. Understanding when you purchase a business you take the debt, I m entitled to my 4 washes but it no big deal as I can take my business elsewhere. But it's just a heads up to the owner this is not how you do business, your industry has Competition on every corner, it's a shame you are ruining the reputation of the previous owner. Enjoy your stay. By the way what I I have to produce the credit card receipt, why can't you have a computer system that's not antiquated to the point it doesn't recognize the current issue to the business. My first time there. Car wash in Oceanside across from PC Richards does a better job. I had to dry the rear of car myself. Cashier was obnoxious. She was complaining she had to stay late. Disappointing. Got the gold package which came up to around $21.70 with the $2 extra charge for an SUV. I have a 2 door Jeep and they didn't bother moving the front seats to vacuum the back carpet. When I went to pay, I got a $1.65 air freshener so my total was around $24. I gave the woman a $50 bill and she gave me back $22 change and I didn't realize until I had left. Worst car wash ever. The line was super long, but somehow the line of cars were moved quickly through the washing process. I paid $27.00 with tax for my "Platinum" wash, and literally saw NO difference in the inside of my car with cleanliness. The machines did all the work on the exterior. They did not wipe down the interior of my car, nor did it feel any cleaner aside from the half ass job they did on the mats...the two front mats that is. I was better off just getting an exterior wash for $10 and saving myself the money. For $27, it was NOT worth it. Definitely a rush job, and done very poorly. Another customer was complaining how they are moving the cars through the line too quick, and doing the cars half ass...he was SO right. This is my second time going to this car wash after it changed ownership. The first time was for a regular car wash. The job was basically adequate. But I always give a second chance. I had accidentally spilled some sugary liquid on the front passenger carpet. I thought I would get better results if I took it to a detail center because they were better equipped . When I came to pick up the car, the carpet was still wet (which was ok) but the carpet was still sticky. I told the guy they need get remove the stickiness off the carpet. After all that was the main reason why I bought the car there in the first place. Came back the second day only to find out that they could not get the sugar out of the carpet. No one called me. The young man at the counter (probably the son) wasn't informed of the issue . He also claimed because it was a MINI and had BMW carpet the foam absorbs a lot of liquid and there guys are not going to sped 4-5 hours cleaning it. Did I mention the car was there for two overnight and did not get picked up until after 4pm....Bottom line the car wash wasn't equipped to remove the caked up sugar. Needless to say, I've could've done a better job of cleaning that carpet. The rest of the car was fine so far. But the whole reason why I took the car there, was because I spilled a sugary substance on the carpet and I expected to get results . This is a great car wash. They have different packages so ask specifically ask for what you need. I used the coupon in the community coupons booklet which saved me $7.50 straight. I moved here recently and tried a few but realized this is the best spot. They also do car detailing and I have to say they are pretty reasonable for the quality of work. read more
