I've been coming to Millennium for over 10 years. I used to live locally and find them to be a quality affordable Car Wash business. The staff is respectful, hard working and friendly even during the night wash hours. Night wash is $8.50 and I find that they don't rush you or try to do a crap job like many of the other car wash businesses. I find that my car looks best when I go here. They offer $3.00 for the Early Bird Special. Totally worth it because they are much cheaper than many of these other businesses at close to $20 for a basic wash. This is a great place to come weekly to keep your car looking clean. They definitely have a loyal customer in me. read more

I've been coming here for years and unfortunately the quality of the job has gone severely downhill. This is the second time I've left disappointed- my front mats weren't even touched and neither was my center console. I got home and very easily wiped off the reside on the console with a wet paper towel and hosed down my mats. Long time customer here. The quality has gone downhill the past 3 years. It's switched ownership as well and it just keeps going downhill. $33 for a full service wash and my car is still dirty. The past half dozen trips, I've always had to finish at home. I also have come at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 4pm and each time asked for VIP detail service. Every single time I'm told no VIP service at this time. I have been wanting to detail my car for a year with this place, but there's never availability. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. For $33, I expect a clean car, not perfectly spotless, but spotless enough. Instead we get a once wipe-over and the tires brushed over with armor all, most of which they spill on the floor. I think I'm good now. read more

Before 7pm they offer the regular prices which are very pricey btw starting from $10 - $17 (Teflon + full service) And I came in today during 3 pm and I was very surprised and how wonderful the service is during the day... they clean the inside of the car before and then run it through the wash. They did a really great job! but damnn its expensive After 7pm they offer the prices half off which is great but they do the attention to detail as they did today because it is so very busy and its a great price but I feel that the prices should be that. My dad's car had some caked on bird poop (hence the wash), but the guys obviously didn't manage to get it off before it got to the wax stage. I've been going to this place since I moved to Franklin Square last year. They usually do a good job. Today, my wife goes in by herself, and the slobs there begin telling her (after she paid for the VIP service) that she has to pay an extra 40 dollars to clean her car, because there is bird poop and it's really stuck. They begin calling her things like "baby" and "hottie", and are harassing her to pay more. First, it's an extra 60, then because she's "hot", they'll drop it to 40. Absolute slobs. The owner sounds like he just got off the boat. I will never deal with this place again, and I highly recommend no one else does as well. Alot of these reviews are old considering this place is under new management. The guys here are polite and do a great job at washing your car. I've never had a bad experience thus far and even one time the manager said he'd put it in for a free wash because I wasn't satisfied. This plays is so consistently bad that today was the last time I will ever go. I have always noticed that my cars come out with soap suds all over, and they seem to wipe those off rather fast as if to not show the customer they are there. Also I have noticed they are not consistent with performing the same manual task to both side of the vehicle. Worst customer service experience EVER from THE OWNER!!!!!!! I came in to this car wash with a coupon I received that day. Owner refused to honor coupon price AFTER car was already started through the car wash machine, stating he didn't have time to change the price before the mail out. Classic bait & switch scam! When I asked him to honor it, he went ballistic on me. I told him that he should honor the price on the printed coupon because my car had already been taken back & I had no knowledge that they weren't going to follow through on the ad. He called me a "f*cking jerk" & told me that now the price had gone up even more!!! I asked the receptionist to please stop the service & that I would pay for anything done up until that point. He yelled "What did you just say to her?!" He told the receptionist to charge me $20 for whatever had been done which I paid. I was in shock & all I could say was that he was being very unprofessional & not much of a gentleman. He proceeded to call me other names in addition to telling me he didn't need my money, not to come back, & that he was kicking me "the f*ck out" of his car wash!!! As I quietly walked out of the office, he continued to holler. He then asked me to point out my car so he could make sure which car he was kicking out of his business. He seemed even more upset that I wasn't stooping down to his level & engaging him in an argument. I waited until the car came out, tipped the employees, & noticed him reaching into my car (I figured he was putting back my floor mats). His employees were obviously intimidated & embarrassed by him & apologized on his behalf. I told them not to apologize for their ignorant owner's actions. About an hour after I left, when I lifted my purse off the passenger seat, I realized it was soaking wet. There had been water poured onto the seat & onto documents & other items I had on there. I guess that was his way of proving something to me. I wish I could give this business negative stars. I WILL be contacting the BBB. I feel sorry for his employees.
