I've been coming to Millennium for over 10 years. I used to live locally and find them to be a quality affordable Car Wash business. The staff is respectful, hard working and friendly even during the night wash hours. Night wash is $8.50 and I find that they don't rush you or try to do a crap job like many of the other car wash businesses. I find that my car looks best when I go here. They offer $3.00 for the Early Bird Special. Totally worth it because they are much cheaper than many of these other businesses at close to $20 for a basic wash. This is a great place to come weekly to keep your car looking clean. They definitely have a loyal customer in me. read more

The car came out clean enough but be prepared to wait in line 20 to 25 minutes. Not enough employees to move the cars along. Once I was on the line, I couldn't turn around, but the whole time I was waiting there was agony for how slow they are. Don't come here if you are in a hurry or don't mind waiting a long time. didn't listen to the other reviews cause I was in a rush for getting a wash and it was close... big mistake. looked like they just blew the whole inside with air and didn't wipe down anything had to do it myself after I left. also paid for tire shine which was never applied and the guys drying the outside of the car at the end basically did a once over while the car was still rolling out, was only one other customer there as well there was no reason for a rushed job go here if you want a minor pre wash before you wash it yourself read more

This is the second time I've been here and have had the same issue. I'm paying for FULL SERVICE in and out but for some reason, they half-ass it. The front bumper didn't get wiped down and still has some grime. The interior has parts they didn't vacuum. The windows weren't completely cleaned. Just everything wasn't done properly. 24 Hour Car Wash. You have to love a place that runs 24 hours - you know, in case you decide at 2am, that now is a good time to go get the buggy cleaned... That being said, after 7pm it is exterior washes only - and trust me, you will wait in line to get in there - seems there are a lot of insomniacs with clean car fetishes sitting around with nothing better to do... I was in there at 1am and sat in line for 15 minutes - and they are really running them through there with almost no space between the cars - those guys at the end are pros at wiping down and getting you out of the way before the guy behind you plows into you... This place gave my mother's car a flat tire. They took advantage of her by telling her to get a used tire on her new Nissan and then refused to reimburse her. DO NOT go to this car wash. There are plenty of places in the area that won't ruin your property and rip you off. read more

I've been coming here for years and unfortunately the quality of the job has gone severely downhill. This is the second time I've left disappointed- my front mats weren't even touched and neither was my center console. I got home and very easily wiped off the reside on the console with a wet paper towel and hosed down my mats. Not a big deal, but for $20 I shouldn't have to come home and do additional cleaning, especially considering how easily it came clean. read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I never go to this car wash because of its location. If it's busy the line of cars spill onto Hempstead Turnpike and it just looks like a headache. Well of course the one time I did go it was a headache and a horrible experience. I came solely because of a free car wash coupon I received. Lesson learned that sometimes it's better to pay and go where you know you'll receive quality. My car came out and was not spotless but I didn't complain because for free it was whatever. I guess to clean the bird poop off your windows isn't part of their basic car wash. But what really gives this place ZERO stars is that they BROKE my driver's sideview mirror. It was literally hanging off. They "tried" to fix it and told me that they would take care of it but dealing with them was annoying. A week later they didn't follow thru on their promise. I called a few times but the manager is always conveniently on break or off that day. At this point I'll get it fixed on my own because I wouldn't trust my car to them in any capacity. read more

Before 7pm they offer the regular prices which are very pricey btw starting from $10 - $17 (Teflon + full service) And I came in today during 3 pm and I was very surprised and how wonderful the service is during the day... they clean the inside of the car before and then run it through the wash. I got the Teflon service which was really pricey and it HURT! They did a really great job! but damnn its expensive After 7pm they offer the prices half off which is great but they do the attention to detail as they did today because it is so very busy and its a great price but I feel that the prices should be that. It's the question of whether you want to spend $17 worth and Totally get your money's worth or save some money and get the exterior wash but don't expect them to vacuum or clean the inside during the night shift. read more

Wow, this place is way too expensive. $20 for a car wash (and not even the priciest option)? We're talking about a car wash, right? The service is fast, but definitely not worth it. My dad's car had some caked on bird poop (hence the wash), but the guys obviously didn't manage to get it off before it got to the wax stage. Now he has bird poop residue stuck to his car under a layer of water-resistant wax. You can do the same job with a sponge and a hose. Long time customer here. The quality has gone downhill the past 3 years. It's switched ownership as well and it just keeps going downhill. $33 for a full service wash and my car is still dirty. The past half dozen trips, I've always had to finish at home. I also have come at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 4pm and each time asked for VIP detail service. Every single time I'm told no VIP service at this time. I have been wanting to detail my car for a year with this place, but there's never availability. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. For $33, I expect a clean car, not perfectly spotless, but spotless enough. Instead we get a once wipe-over and the tires brushed over with armor all, most of which they spill on the floor. I think I'm good now. read more

This is conveniently located right on Hempstead near Office Max, but it's usually crowded and a little over priced. They have this cool machine that cleans off the mats so thats a big plus. I've been going to this place since I moved to Franklin Square last year. They usually do a good job. Today, my wife goes in by herself, and the slobs there begin telling her (after she paid for the VIP service) that she has to pay an extra 40 dollars to clean her car, because there is bird poop and it's really stuck. They begin calling her things like "baby" and "hottie", and are harassing her to pay more. First, it's an extra 60, then because she's "hot", they'll drop it to 40. Absolute slobs. The owner sounds like he just got off the boat. I will never deal with this place again, and I highly recommend no one else does as well. If you have a female loved one that goes here, make sure she doesn't go by herself. She will be harassed!!! read more

For 7 or 8 bucks (i don't remember which), you can get an exterior wash and wax between 7am and 7pm at this car wash. Franco C. is right, the guys running it are pros and keep the line moving quickly. I usually go between 9 and midnight if I go and haven't been on line more than five minutes, but I'm sure it varies. So next time you're still up from that after dinner cup of coffee, head over to Millenium and get a quick, inexpensive cleaning. read more

Alot of these reviews are old considering this place is under new management. The guys here are polite and do a great job at washing your car. I've never had a bad experience thus far and even one time the manager said he'd put it in for a free wash because I wasn't satisfied. The only people I feel like that bother to leave reviews are always customers that feel like they've had one bad experience but I've seen so many people come and go from here without a complaint. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence. After my car being stuck on the conveyer belt for 15 minutes while the soap was only applied to the front hood of the car. The water was turned off while my car went through. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she went outside to speak to the workers in Spanish and returned to dispute the fact that the car was washed improperly. Arguing is beneath me. It doesn't seem like it's too hard to have a successful car wash business. Cars go in dirty, they should come out clean right? This plays is so consistently bad that today was the last time I will ever go. I have always noticed that my cars come out with soap suds all over, and they seem to wipe those off rather fast as if to not show the customer they are there. Also I have noticed they are not consistent with performing the same manual task to both side of the vehicle. I guess if one guys doesn't show up to work, his position is not filled. 17$ later and I should have just washed it myself. Lastly their tire shine last until you drive away and it all spins off. They are horrible. I spoke with Manager yesterday, at 10.30 am for compound and wash, I paid $100. I was told to finish by 3 hours. I went to pick up my car around 4.00 pm. No body touch my car. I called manager, who is the only manager. Told him the situation. He did not care. not even apologize. He just told me to return my money these it. I tried to speak with owner, he was busy with his Cellphone and showed someones picture, that was the owner and not want to talk. still now I am not able to get the owner.
