The technician who came out was William, and he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was fair and comparable to other companies in town. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Econoair.

Thank you to the 3rd party contractor who got my solar system working again after Fuzion essentially held my service repair hostage. Fuzion refused to send a service technician or address my issue unless I signed a non-disclosure agreement. The reason? I left an honest review a few years ago. I was told I needed to sign the NDA and change my rating on that previous review before they would provide service in a timely manner. I paid out of pocket to have an independent contractor diagnose and repair the system. During that process he discovered several installation issues that were not up to code from Fuzion 's original installation. My experience has been that Fuzion is your best friend until the installation is complete. Once they've been paid, you're treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. Looking back, the constant management turnover should have been my first red flag. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what happens after the sales process is over. customer service and accountability seem to disappear once the contract is signed.

Eric arrived on-time and stated something is wrong with your sink and it appears it has to be remounted. He stated Daniel does this work for us and is one of our plumbers. Daniel took a look this week and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. In addition to the sink, he found a leak on the cold water side of the faucet. The people here at Can Do are all excellent. Daniel, Eric, and Tyler did their estimates and plumbing work this week and the next day I met Renee and Christian that repaired the dry wall area where repairs were made to fix the water leak. Daniel will fix the sink next week. This team of people are all very personable, and competent. You can tell they like working for this company and they have exceeded my expectations. I had a very disappointing experience with this AC service. From the start, the owner, Carlos, was…read moreunprofessional. He sent his technician to my house without confirming with me first and seemed annoyed when we weren't home. We tried to reschedule, and I explained the issue and my own troubleshooting (I suspected a motherboard failure). Carlos quoted me around $200 for parts and labor, which was fine. But then he completely ghosted me for two weeks, despite my multiple calls and voicemails. When he finally responded, he claimed his phone was having issues and asked me to text him instead. Scheduling was chaotic. On the day of service, he asked if his tech could come in two hours, giving me almost no notice. The tech didn't even know what was wrong and had me explain the issue--something I had already communicated to Carlos weeks prior. After all that, Carlos tried to charge $435, claiming his worker had to come out three times. When I pointed out this didn't match our previous agreement, he dismissed me, said he's going to return the part and contact another company, and wished me "Happy Thanksgiving." No attempt to make things right. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this service.

Carlos and his guys diagnosed the issue with an AC unit on a rental house and got it running, fast!…read more The unit is one of the newer ones - with a high SEER rating (so lots of sensitive electronic components to fail) but the problem turned out to be the compressor, which is demanding more startup amperage, as it ages. Carlos installed a "compressor saver" aka "hard start kit" and gave the unit a second life, saving me lots of money and making the tenants very happy to have a cool house. I found ACC through a buddy who's a general contractor and property manager, who uses Carlos on a lot of his projects. I was really grateful for his recommendation. A lot of service folks like to oversell you - getting into your wallet with unnecessary upgrades, especially when they know that the consumer doesn't have much knowledge of the product/service. HVAC guys aren't different than auto mechanics - when you find an honest one, you're really grateful.
