I want going to go in because I was looking for speciality shoes. It turns out they have the same brands as Rei and the walking store. They had more diversity in clothes than shoe options, which is a missed opportunity IMO. The staff were very helpful and greet you when you come in, which I appreciated. The store is very clean and well kept, and I thought prices of the shoes there were pretty fair. I just really wish there were more shoe options because I would have rather supported this store than having to go all the way to the mall or River Park to find some shoes.

Even though they said hi to everyone else that walked in. Went to where the shoe I was looking for was. They had about 15 of one size and then a couple other sizes. But none in my size. Idk why they would have 15 of size 11 in women's but ok. lol so I looked on Amazon real quick. Because I guess that will have to be my only option then. Not only did they have what I wanted but it was $10 cheaper. So I got to save too! They could have made a $60 sale off me. I would have asked them to see if there were any in the back or if they could order them for me.

The cashier then demands to see my ID for the purchase. I explained to her i had just purchased 180 dollars worth of products and they didn't require that. She then goes on to say is corporate policy which turns out to be a lie. I showed ID out of spite because I felt I was being accused of using a stolen card. I have contacted corporate who verified that only purchases over 200 are required to show id. This is also concerning because according to Visa and Mastercard they do not suggest presenting ID because of identity theft. The cashier or anyone with access to the camera system now has the cc number. Cvv number and my billing address. Will stick to shopping Foot Locker or Dicks Sporting Goods from here on out.
