The shoe palace in Visalia customer service not as great as the one in Kings canyon/Peach area. Walked in and got greeted by all employees. Felt like I was walking into a sushi restaurant lol, awesome. Will definitely be back to purchase goodies for my loves when I bring baby to get fitted since I really don't know what size my growing toddler wears. Terrible. Even though they said hi to everyone else that walked in. Went to where the shoe I was looking for was. They had about 15 of one size and then a couple other sizes. But none in my size. Idk why they would have 15 of size 11 in women's but ok. lol so I looked on Amazon real quick. Because I guess that will have to be my only option then. Not only did they have what I wanted but it was $10 cheaper. So I got to save too! They could have made a $60 sale off me. Customer service sucks…read more I bought a pair of shoes at WSS and I wore them to school four days a week for a month and a half and two weeks in the plastic part broke so I swapped out the lace into another plastic part and they just kept breaking on me. So we went and tried to get a refund and WSS said to contact Nike and we had already done that and they said to contact WSS so there's a whole argument in between this and so we cannot get a refund because it's been over 30 days. The cashier then demands to see my ID for the purchase. I explained to her i had just purchased 180 dollars worth of products and they didn't require that. She then goes on to say is corporate policy which turns out to be a lie. I showed ID out of spite because I felt I was being accused of using a stolen card. I have contacted corporate who verified that only purchases over 200 are required to show id. This is also concerning because according to Visa and Mastercard they do not suggest presenting ID because of identity theft. The cashier or anyone with access to the camera system now has the cc number. Cvv number and my billing address. Will stick to shopping Foot Locker or Dicks Sporting Goods from here on out.
