Bills arrive before the project is completed, the prices and bids are incredibly high, and the unfinished work becomes an opportunity for a new bid. This company will not hear from me again.

They did not cover the holes where they trapped (which of course, means the squirrels come back). Now they want to charge us again to trap squirrels and close holes. Why did they not close them the first time? It was in their best interest to leave them open. They do not honor their warranty (they are saying if they come back that now there will be a warranty but it wasn't included the first time) and are not responsive. Do not trust this business there are better options.

Had an ant problem that was almost identical to one a previous review had. Took a chance with…read moreweaver. The guy came over and did a big look around the property and I showed him where I saw all the ants. He spent time following trails to the sources while I lounged inside. He then got suited up and sprayed the sources (that weren't on the neighbor's property, but he had a separate solution for that.) Afterwards he answered my questions and gave some light education on preventing further infestations. What keeps it from being a full 5 stars was that I had a lot of trouble getting in contact with them at first and actually had to show up to their HQ in person to initiate contact. In addition I had to call them back because there was a spot he missed in the kitchen where the ants had a colony set up (not completely their fault, as I assured them the infestations were outside.) The kitchen colony was taking a long time to clear up after the second spray, while the outside colonies were gone within 3 days. Eventually got some ant bait and it seems to finish them off.
