From the moment I walked in the door, all worries and concerns I had, disappeared instantly. Eduardo and Aileen were so sweet and caring! They both made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. They explained the process in detail and calmed my nerves. I was able to receive a temporary loan with my jeweIry as collateral, and the interest on the loan was better than expected! With their help, I was able to take care of my family in a time of need. Now our troubles are behind us thanks to them! The jewelry is kept in a safe location, I have no worries whatsoever. They earned my trust and took away any concerns once they explained all in detail. They took their time with me and made sure I understood the process. The minute they said hello and welcomed me into their store, I felt at ease. They also sell jewelry and have a number of pieces available. I was very impressed with all they had to offer! I've been getting my watch batteries replaced at Bayside Watch for the last 8 years. As a Moreno…read moreValley resident of nearly 30 years, I prioritize supporting local businesses, but the level of service I received today was beyond disappointing. I walked in and asked the owner if he could replace two watch batteries. His response was a condescending, "Obviously." Strike one. I then politely asked if he would mind using a new replacement battery I had brought with me, explaining that I had difficulty opening the watch casing on my own. Instead of simply declining or offering an explanation, the owner took my new battery and threw it directly into the trash right in front of me. Strike two. If this treatment is typical of the vendors at the Moreno Valley Mall, it's easy to see why the Mall is struggling. A long-standing customer deserves basic respect, not outright rudeness and disrespect. I won't be returning.
