I…read morecalled LAB SEVEN and spoke with Kevin Henkelman who provided me with the information / options that I needed. After numerous emails and phone calls back and forth between Kevin and me, and my client, I was able to find just the right shirt. From the moment I contacted LAB SEVEN, Kevin was personable, professional, and PATIENT with me - fielding my many questions about the product, the embroidery process, and the turnaround time. Kevin kept me informed of my order throughout the process which was very appreciated. Even with much of the industry currently experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the turnaround time - from initial inquiries to ordering to proof review to processing and to pick-up - Kevin was instrumental in keeping my order flowing quickly and efficiently. The product is top quality with an amazing embroidery. Highly recommended! (NOTE: I picked up my order at the LAKESIDE LOCATION.)

When we asked why it was taking over two months to receive the Xerox machine, they stated it was being manufactured. We were able to purchase two HP copier/printers and had them within one week.
