The owner was responsive, kind and even offered to deliver if in close proximity! I finally got some time to physically check this place out and it did not disappoint! People may have an opinion on the baked goods being on the pricier side, but the ingredients used justify the price, I feel. I purchased the everything bagel, cinnamon bread, jalapeño corn bread, and lemon poppy scones. Every single item was delicious and filling. I loved that the ingredients were listed and true to keto. I loved that the macros were listed as well to help with your intake. The cornbread and everything bagel were the top two favorites out of the bunch. We were excited when we found a Keto Bakery while on vacation but unfortunately we ended up throwing it all away once we tried it. They use way to much butter or ghee in there rolls. They were so dense and greasy when we tried to eat them. The brownies were too dry and the cookies again had too much butter or ghee. For $42 we were so disappointed. read more

You've got to check this place out, I was very please with the selection they have .. I went for the donuts but walked out with lemon poppyseed loaf, everything bagels and green chili cheese bagels and of course the chocolate donuts .. I have sampled all of them and I have to say they are all really good my favorite is the Lemon loaf and the green chili bagels .. This place is amazing! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes earlier this year and sticking to a very strict low carb diet while pregnant has been so difficult. I'm so glad I found this place. Everything is so good and so low carb. So far I've had the coffee cake muffins, the lemon poppyseed muffins, the lemon ricotta scones, and the focaccia. I love this place! I've been on keto for a year and a half. I bake a lot but it's hard to find a good recipe to replace foods I can no kinder eat. This place has all the good stuff. I get the brownies and the snow balls. They are to die for! The snow balls never make it home. I'm going to try the rye bread next. My mom was telling me about how she really wanted to buy some baked goods from here after being on keto for almost 2 years. She said the customer service was awful. Being a Hispanic woman with a thick accent, the cashier, an old white lady, and workers in the back judged her for doing keto, because apparently the Hispanic race can't be on keto. First of all, the staff were super friendly and the lady took the time to explain all the little details about each of their foods to me and the ingredients used. This was my first time at Valley Keto but not my first time eating keto. I make lots of desserts at home but sometimes you just want to take a break and let someone else do the cooking. I eventually decided on the chocolate doughnuts. They were pretty firm, not exactly how mine are when I make them but I bet it's cause they don't use the degree of butter or heavy cream most of my recipes call for. Theirs seems more healthy, much less saturated fats and that's a good reason to choose desserts from this place. It was very interesting to taste another bakers take on these types of desserts. They do seem pricey (10$ for 3) but keep in mind the ingredients are not as cheap as traditional baking. (I would know) I would say this is a great place to get "breads" and goodies that are keto when your too busy or otherwise unable to make them yourself, saves you a messy kitchen read more
