Compromised:
I…read morehired this Private Investigator on or about JULY 2, 2024 to investigate - obtain video and photographic evidence of the person or persons desecrating my daughter's gravesite. Let the reason for hiring this PI sink in for a few minutes.
On JULY 8, 2024 while at my daughter's gravesite cutting the grass, I noticed a white Tesla drive by me, make a U-turn and park across the street. At first, I didn't pay too much attention, however, after 30 minutes or so of just sitting in the car, without getting out once, I started wondering why he was just sitting there.
A few more minutes went by and I looked at him again and noticed he was setting up a camera, pointing at me/my daughter's gravesite, next to a windshield sunshade. What a stunning catch!
The entire time I was at my daughter's gravesite (90 minutes) this guy sat in the car and watched me. He knew who I was. Did he really think he needed to sit there for two hours and watch me cut the grass and clean the headstone. What kind of evidence would that be.
Later that night, I texted the PI and asked him if he had someone at my daughter's gravesite, in a white tesla between the hours of 4:30 to 6:00pm and his response was "Yes we did". (see attached photos)
On July 9, 2024, I sent the PI a lengthy text, in short, about my distain for the guy he sent. (see attached photos)
The PI's response was, "Peter he is actually a very good operator - We discussed and the operation will be extremely covert moving forward".
Humm, a very good operator wouldn't get busted... by the client or at all. If I see him, then others seen him. And I thought the "operation" was going to be covert from the beginning, not just after the investigator was compromised.
I just received the PI report and nowhere on the July 8, 2024 SURVEILLANCE NARRATIVE does it mention that the investigator was compromised. Further, no pictures of my daughter's gravesite, or me at her gravesite, were included in the report. I mean, what pictures can he submit... me cleaning my daughter's gravesite or praying with her.
My experience with the owner hasn't been an honest experience. The owner, in my opinion and backed up by the facts I have, is a liar.
He has submitted a response to this review and of course, it's false. I was unaware that on July 8, 2024 an investigator would be at my daughter's gravesite and I wasn't looking out to see one.
The attached texts between the owner and I prove it. The owner received a $25,000.00 demand from me, plus my fees to him of $1,500.00. However, he only wants to refund me, which would mean he wouldn't be held accountable for an 8-month investigation that produced no evidence against the cemetery, just against him.
There are other concerning discoveries that I have with the investigation and the report that must be addressed at Arbitration. I will update this review as I can.
**UPDATED TO ADDRESS OWNERS 2ND RESPONSE**
Calling someone a liar isn't defamation, it is my experience with you. Saying that I was "actively looking for us" is a lie. Your investigator was compromised.
You retracted the refund because I have sued other small businesses, dating back to 1994, which is moronic and 100% irrelevant to your investigator being compromised and your report.
At no time did I ask you to make up evidence or lie. I did however say that it is impossible that on a daily basis when I arrive to my daughter's gravesite, I find it desecrated - so how can you not find who was doing it.
Additionally, you were given times of the day to go to the cemetery when the desecration was likely occurring and yet, your report doesn't seem to comply with time instruction.
The text messages aren't taking out of context and are irrelevant to the agreement. The agreement doesn't say your investigator should be compromised.
Reviews are for consumers to share their experiences, exactly what I am doing. You chose to retract the refund and didn't counteroffer the demand. You chose that, not me.
