Love Alan. In fact, I keep trying to think of other things that I can have him do around the house,…read morethough I haven't come up with anything yet. I contacted Alan through HomeAdvisor, one of those services that connects you with handyman services, looking to add a pantry to a wall in my kitchen. I didn't think it was a huge project, but it was definitely more than I was willing to tackle. He came by quickly to assess the job and give me a quote, as well as giving me instructions on what cabinet to purchase so that he could install it. Once I had gone to Lowe's to pick out the cabinet, he was happy to review the drawing by email before I ordered it to make sure that it was the appropriate one and that it would fit in the spot I had designated for it. He picked the cabinet up from Lowe's the day before my appointment with him, and arrived a few minutes early on installation day. He worked quickly, cleanly, and his work is beautiful. He was careful to make sure that drywall dust didn't end up on my floor and furniture, and wiped everything down when he was done. The part where I became a lifelong Alan fan was this: He finished the job in less time than he had estimated, but rather than taking off and having a few hours to himself, he instead completed another project that I had mentioned to him during our first meeting. Our lovely dog had chosen to chew up the entire door casing, leaving it ugly and shredded. Alan headed to Lowe's, picked up the piece he needed, and replaced it. All that with no additional charge to me. If you need some work done, Alan is the way to go.

He had one competent worker and, like I've already said he was here 6 times in 5+ months. His favorite line was"you're nit picking" but when you get nasty workmanship and we have to look at it everytime we sit on the decks, it's not nit picking, it's irritating! Don't believe a word he says!!!

Ben and his team were great. He is one of the easiest contractors I have ever worked with, which is…read morenot always easy to find. He answered quickly, gave fair pricing, and actually took the time to make sure the work is done the way I wanted it. I hired B&B Solutions for remodeling all my bathrooms. They removed the old tubs, installed new showers and surrounds, and touched-up everything. While I had to travel, Ben sent me pictures every day and kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated. The bathrooms came out great. I would definitely call Ben again for future work.

Ben and his crew at B&B Solutions are amazing! Ben is honestly the most responsive contractor I've…read moreever worked with. His pricing is reasonable, he communicates clearly, shows up on time, and truly cares about making sure you're happy with the work. I originally hired B&B Solutions to help with three bathroom remodels, including tearing out bathtubs, installing new showers and surrounds, and doing paint work and touch-ups to make the home look beautiful. I wasn't able to be there while the work was happening, but Ben sent me daily progress pictures and kept me updated the whole time. That level of communication made such a big difference. The bathrooms turned out great, and later Ben also helped me with a sump pump in my crawlspace. He gave really helpful advice on how to minimize water flowing into the crawlspace and clearly knew what he was talking about. I'll definitely be reaching out to Ben again whenever I need work done. I've already recommended him to my family and friends, and I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

We had an unfortunate experience with Cory, a contractor whose actions fell far below professional…read moreand ethical standards. Throughout the project, Cory's involvement was minimal. He only showed up at the house to collect payment, spending less than five minutes before leaving again. The majority of the work was completed by subcontractors, and Cory seldomly and irregularly virified the quality of their work or followed up to check on their progress. We had given clear instructions to Cory: demolition should not begin until all materials were delivered and ready for installation. Unfortunately, this was not followed, and we were left without a kitchen for an extended period--three months, in fact. Our kitchen is quite small, this extended delay of three months was an unreasonable amount of time, causing major disruptions to our daily lives The project started when my husband hired Cory to repair water damage in the kitchen after a leak beneath the sink caused damage to part of the floor. Cory suggested gutting the entire kitchen, even though it had been completely remodeled just a year earlier by my then-boyfriend and with Cory's previous work. At the time, we had filed an insurance claim for the damage, but the process was moving slowly. Despite this, we trusted Cory's expertise and proceeded with his recommendation, believing it was necessary and that the insurance would cover the costs. However, after spending $40,000, we found out the insurance did not cover the repairs. Upon speaking with several of the subcontractors Cory had hired, we learned that only partial repairs were needed, and there was no justification for gutting the entire kitchen. This was confirmed when we found out why the insurance declined the claim. In hindsight, we recognize that we should have been more diligent in verifying Cory's recommendations, and we deeply regret not seeking a second opinion. Additionally, the project experienced constant delays, and I eventually had to personally reach out to the subcontractors to push things along. They regularly showed up late or failed to show up entirely. When I confronted Cory about the delays, he falsely claimed that the project was ahead of schedule and that he had not provided us with specific dates or timelines. To make matters worse, in our final communication, Cory instructed me not to contact him further and informed me that he would only be dealing with my husband from that point forward. I hope this account serves as a warning to anyone considering working with Cory and his company. We strongly recommend proceeding with caution and exploring other options for your construction needs.

Wow! If there were 6 stars, I'd give Linear that. Great experience. Fantastic job all around…read more Communicative and high quality. Their subcontractors were really nice and professional as well. We had a pretty large job that lasted ~4 months. Cory and Hunter were there every step of the way with us. I wish I had something else to remodel because I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
