After they were done, Jim went through a walk through with us and wanted us to be satisfied with everything. I must point out that there are neighbors that lost trees two years ago in the big wind storm, and most all of them had their trees cut down but they stumps were not removed. Can't get service providers to call you back, or they send you to collections because they posted your payment to someone else. Bad service runs the gamut and Cascade Rain is no different. I can honestly say they do good work- IF you can get them to answer your call or even return your call. Hey, Cascade- if you're too busy to take on work, even for past customers, can't you return a call? At the very least, maybe put the message in your phone greeting; "Sorry, not taking on any extra new work right now". That way I don't waste days waiting for you to call before I try to find someone who will show up.
