Horrible scheduling person. Elissa is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the medical world. Constantly interrupting me mid sentence. It was if I was bothering her by asking for an appointment. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. I just hope the actual visit is better than the scheduling. Unfortunately, Valley ENT's reviews are spot on. I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but they are extremely accurate. Beware.....two thumbs down. First time coming to this office. I showed up 40 minutes early and my appointment time was at 11am. They didn't call me back until 11:40am. They even took people that came after me first. I am a marine that is disabled. Not a hero though. I was hurt in a car accident not in combat. Office great. One dr was high when he worked on me and he stole me meds. That procedure sucked. They tryna hide that from me and a bunch of other victims. A couple days ago his replacement treated me like a punk would treat a homeless drug addict. I have a messed up grill from a car accident and he looked at that and stopped listening and started accusing. I told them im not going back. Well something like that. Something is wrong with that company and its docs and execs. Weird that their doc stole my meds and worked on me high, now they tryna accuse me of bein an addict in which they felt free too treat without due care, compassion and common decency. I cannot say anything about any of the other doctors in this practice, but Dr. Imami is terrific and I highly recommend him. He is friendly and approachable, and is also very efficient without making you feel rushed. I had a minor procedure done and felt entirely confident the entire time that it would be done right. The staff at both of the places where I saw him were also good, and on neither occasion did I have to wait more than a few minutes before being seen by the doctor. read more

Made an appointment. The night before they call me and say my referral wasn't in. I call the day of my appointment and it turns out they didn't take my insurance. They should have told me this instead of giving me an appointment and leaving me hanging. Now I have a longer wait time with a different ENT and get to be in constant pain until then. Had an 11am appt with Dr Blume. Arrived 30 minutes early. (They said to come 20 minutes early). At approximately 11:45 I asked how much longer did I have to wait. The lady behind the desk said "an hour". While the 2 receptionists were very nice, the wait time was ridiculous!! I told them to cancel my appointment and left. read more

My husband had surgery on his sinuses by Dr. Ray. The anesthesia to numb his sinus cavities did not work. After giving him 2 doses, he was still having pain. They told him he'd be ok, then went ahead and did the procedure while was in terrible pain. He was crying when they let me into see him. This is a man I have known for over 40 years and I have only seen cry after his mother died. Despite the fact that he was crying, no one was paying any attention to him. When I went over to him, the med tech just waved me away and said, "oh, he'll be ok!" I have never experienced such blatant lack of empathy from a medical office!!! They just dismissed his pain and sent him home. When he called the office later that week, they NEVER returned his call. The doctor spent maybe 5 whole minutes with me, gave me some kind of ointment for my very inflamed sinuses and left, didn't address my sore throat and earaches and very bad cough either so when I called to get more information the person was rude and said The doctor did address the issues and he did NOT!!! He did not help me with the earaches or the sore throat and the nasty cough that came with it!!! Horrible experience at this place that I'll never go back again EVER!! Very rude staff!!!! read more

I'm back. The truth is I left last Friday livid with rage. The three women behind the desk said, " Have a good dayyyy! Sarcasticly. I have a long drive home (35 min.) and I was crying. It feels like you can't get any satisfaction. They want you there 20 min. early. You wait an hour and then tell you she is going on break. My choices are make a phone appt. next week or reschedule. I have had 3 different appointments set up for dr. Emani and twice I was told a different ASSISTANT would see me when they called to confirm. I refused the appointment because I want to see dr. Emani. So both appointments were moved weeks in the future and now I am in the office and was told an assistant will be seeing me. I am confused and concerned about my health. I want to see the dr. Not the assistant. I am sure there is a law or rule that lets me see the dr. I made the appointment with. What is the deal? I am waiting to hear what they are going to do now. I am fit to be tied. This place is just another medical factory. Try to find a small practice or sole practitioner. I go in because of recurring ear infections. I go here because theoretically, you are seeing an "ear" specialist. Two visits and not once did the good Dr Emami even bother to look into my ears with a scope. The girls in the office are just rude. They don't communicate that you have to reschedule for anything and they won't call you back. Had a sleep study and was told to return it on Friday......they were closed. She didn't mention to us, just come in. Don't give a hoot about their jobs or their patients. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I saw Dr. Zacheis backed in April 2018 for chronic sinus infections. Dr. Zacheis used a common tool to peek into each nostril and quickly stated "Everything looks good to me. You should schedule a CAT scan just to be sure." Visit ended. At the time, I paid my $30.00 copay. Since then, I started getting bills saying that the doctor performed an Endoscopy on me and now I owed over $300, after insurance covered the other portion. Since I am not a doctor, I researched what an endoscopy is compared to what he actually did...NOT THE SAME THING. So, I let the office know that they billed me incorrectly and I would not be paying for it. They began to tell me what a god Dr. Zacheis is and how he always dictates his notes right away and he couldn't possibly be incorrect and that I still owed the money. They started sending me invoices like crazy. I was so scared of it ending up on my credit, that I ended up paying $85.00 one time. Brought the balance to just over $200.00 I contact UHC claims and told them about the situation and started a fraud claim. UHC reached out to this office several times and received no communication back. UHC advised me that they were closing the claim and that I should not pay them any more money. I sent the correspondence to Valley ENT letting them know what UHC advised. They have continued to BARRAGE me with invoices. At least once a week now claiming I still owe over $200.00. I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, without any hesitation that the endoscopy instrument was NOT used during my visit. At the end of it all...it's just not true. And I refuse to pay over $200 to someone who is either blatantly lying or who is too pompous to admit that maybe, just maybe, the almighty doctor got it wrong. I am just disgusted and frustrated at this company's lack of ethical practices and integrity. I will share this story with anyone who will listen. It may be only $200+, but it's the principle of the matter and the disgusting way in which a doctor will do anything and everything to get a buck, with zero concern for anyone else. Dr. Gordon was great, if you can ever get thru the especially RUDE receptionist to make an appointment. Very uncaring , would not get me in when I had a serious ear ache. Even tho I was an established patient. I don't think anyone should have to wait 3 weeks to have a tube put in her ear. Especially when they are in a lot of pain. I took my elderly mother for a first time visit. I have a service dog that I have with me at all times. We were greeted at the front door by a young man, he took our temperatures and asked us to go to the bathroom and wash our hands before we go into the office. We did as he told us. When we returned he said my dog couldn't go into the office, I told him she's a service dog. He goes in to speak to the receptionist and returns and asked me for proof. I remove her vest which has her service dog card. He takes it into the office to show the receptionist. He comes out and says only my mom can enter for her appointment. I told him I am her caretaker and need to assist her with her appointment, he goes back in once again and FINALLY the RUDE receptionist comes out! She very rudely hands me a clip board and tells me to sit out in the hallway and fill it out. She still doesn't let us into the office! We were discriminated against entering from the beginning. I will not let anyone treat my mother that way! I then told the young man outside to go in and cancel my moms appointment, I will not be treated with disrespect. These people need to read the disability act! And be educated on how to treat people! I called to speak to the office manager and was transferred to her voicemail which was FULL so I couldn't leave a message. I had to call back and be on hold for another 15 minutes before I could talk to anyone and left an actual message for her. We'll see if I get a return call, I doubt it! read more

speaking to a human in the allergy department can't be done. Phone web has you leave a message then you might get a call back in 2 weeks. I had my serum sent to the GV location while I was staying in the area. When I picked up the serum to return home, they were suppose to give me a copy of the record for shot administration. That never happened and now they can't find my record to send to my doctor confirming I received the shots and what the dosage was. Very unprofessional system in the allergy department with this company. read more

Very disappointed! Reservation and front office staff have created a negative experience for customers. They are very rude over the phone and in person. I recently had a procedure and now (a few months later I have severe ear pain and discharge and they told me to go to Urgent care or they could make and appointment for a month from now. I then was told this is not an emergency. Ive already had a negative experience here when coming back in for a check up after the procedure. The billing staff told me I needed pre approval. My insurance never required pre approval and considering this was a checkup and the procedure was completed without pre approval it doesn't make sense. I'm doing this for my neighbor. Doctor A. J Emami was and is a fantastic doctor. I have been seeing him since 1997 and still have been seeing. Professional kind and so understanding. Dr Gordon put ear tubes in my 18mo old. He was very informative, caring and patient. I would recommend him. The office staff was very "business" oriented, which was good.
