Their roof is lined by ice cream cones and they have more ice cream cones decorating the property including an icecream cone fountain. They sell soft serve (including Flavorburst) and regular hard ice cream (Glacier). They had about 20 flavors and another dozen or so of Flavorburst. A single scoop is $3.95 and a medium Flavorburst is $3.20. I tried the Alaska Berry which was delicious. Their staff was very fast, friendly and efficient which is helpful when 40+ people exit a bus to use the facilities and eat an ice cream. The number one item to get on the menu would be the cheeseburger!!! It is absolutely massive and after a long, cold hard day it's the ultimate comfort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered. At this point we had already promised our kid a donut so we drove back to Wasilla and came here instead. We stopped back in the other day for the apple cider donut and pumpkin donut as well as a few usuals. The woman working the window was very kind and helpful. The prices are completely reasonable. The pink building is fun and eye catching. The best part? They truly make an effort to serve the community. Not only do they make delicious donuts but they do their best to keep the donuts in stock past 6 or 7am. They also make a point on Facebook to encourage customers to make large orders ahead of time so they don't run out for everyone else. Good food. Good people. Good business practice. Unfortunately the liquor selection is really thin but it looks poised to fill. I ordered a Elysian Space Dust IPA. It came fairly quickly considering the soft opening jitters. Thankfully the cold glass and great beer made the long wait for food relaxing. The owner introduced herself and did her best to acknowledge the 1st day bumps but brush off the stress. The cowboy burger finally arrived! 1/2 lb patty stuffed with brisket on a on a fresh hearty homemade bun, offered up with the traditional offerings. The 1/2 lb patty was really small and didn't come close to filling the bun, but it was thick and stuffed full of deliciousness. The plus side.... it was damn good. I wish it had been much bigger for $16.95 but damn good....... damn good!!! For desert was a homemade apple crumble with Vanilla ice cream. All I can say is .... Damn!
