Audio-Video and/or Security System Installation Prospective Customer:
I do not recommend this company to any private (individual) customer, government, educational or religious institution, home owner or private business. This review is based on my own experiences in dealing with this business over the course of nine days (May 11-20, 2016). As a consumer like yourself, I'm writing to alert others about this unethical company and to strongly urge you to avoid doing any business with them.
(1) They are adept at deceit: They will violate your trust -- the trust you place in a business when seeking their services in good faith;
(2) They are capable of elaborate deceptive schemes in order to (attempt to) dupe you and avoid taking responsibility for their carelessness;
(3) They employ "technicians" with obscure qualifications and who do not inspire confidence, in more ways than one;
(4) Management not only lacks a moral conscience, but it will also collude with others in the organization (i.e., technical staff) to avoid "doing right by the customer."
This business is well-versed in and a "pro" at defrauding the customer. If they can go to such extreme lengths to cheat a private individual who put his trust in them, I can only imagine what sort of maneuvers they are willing to undertake when dealing with businesses and institutions when a much greater "loss" is at stake.
I do not recommend that you "run," as that implies that I would suggest that you ever enter it in the first place. But I do strongly recommend that you do not give this unethical business a cent of your money, let alone any government contracts. And if, for some unfortunate reason, you find yourself having to deal with them in any way, I urge you to be ever watchful and exercise due vigilance. Do not trust them, and buyer beware: They will do anything for a "quick buck."
Richard Nixon would have excelled in this organization. Look elsewhere and employ the services of another provider.
