Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.

When I finally got to talk to someone, the service wasn't good at all, but due to my pregnancy condition, my back was hurting from standing so I told the staff if I could please have a chair to sit while we discussing because he was multitasking, helping and helping other customers and I was extremely tired from standing. He told me he can't give me a chair because it's against their policy, he said what if you fall from the chair and then you'll blame us from giving you the chair, I was shocked with that kind of theory but I continued to hold tight, was even vomiting from long standing but I didn't not have a phone for a week so I really needed a phone that day. I asked him again again and again please help me, I need a chair, am not feeling good, he still refused to give me a chair, he told me that he almost done which it took more than an hour to finish. To my biggest surprise a woman came in the store with approximately 2 year old child in a stroller, he loudly told her "can I please offer you a chair." And here am heavily pregnant and been begging for a chair for hours, he refused to give it to me. He not only offered that woman a chair but also other 3 people. I asked him why he did that and refused to give me a chair, he claimed that bla bla, they have kids and the other guy was older, not even old to be sincere. I told him I was pregnant and I wasn't feeling good at all, been here for the longest standing, those people just came in. I mean, I think people who ask to have a chair should be given one, we don't have to explain our health conditions to be given a seat. Someone beg more than 3 times to have a place to sit but you still refused and offered to others, to it felt like an act of racism because they were white and am black. Have been with T-Mobile for a while and never received such kind of treatment until I visited this location , I know it's a busy store but the way that staff member treated me was unacceptable. If I had an option that day, it was gonna be my last day with this company.
