Excellent service! I received quotes from 3 other tree removal services and they were very pricey…read moreone also had a 6 month wait. Arbor Tech not only gave me a reasonable quote but they came out a couple days later to remove my tree and fallen branches. I highly recommend!

This is a mixed review: I hired Abortech to remove a large…read moretree (Bradford Pear) to trim 2 similar trees, and to remove the tree stump from the tree, all in the front yard. I was VERY happy with the work done by the 2 men who removed the tree, trimmed the 2 others, and CLEANED UP the yard thoroughly after their work was done -- you would never even know that extensive work was done that day. I am, however, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the tree stump removal (IN THE FRONT YARD!!!). The stump grinding created a great big HOLE in the ground and a HUGE pile of dirt and ground tree stump right next to the hole. He told men that they "never fill in the holes", that's up to the homeowner to do! I am a woman, 77 years old, disabled, and walk, in great pain, with a cane -- and I was left with a great big hole and a huge plle of dirt TO FILL IN MYSELF !! Now I have to find someone to PAY to fill in that hole. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ARBORTECH NEVER INTENDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB, OR THAT THIS WAS THEIR "STANDARD PRACTICE", I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID (WAAAY TOO MUCH!!!) $425 to have one small-to-medium stump ground!!!! And I am left with an unsightly mess on my front lawn. This was a huge ripoff, and not worth the money.

Trom’s Tree Service

Trom’s Tree Service

So Trom's Tree Service, owner by Jason Trombly was hired by my husband and I to drop three dead…read moretrees in our back yard and leave them on our property so we could have them cut to length and split. He was also to trim the large maple tree in front of our home of all of the dead wood, to have the smaller limbs chipped in his chipper and to clean up the larger maple pieces. Meaning, Jason was to cut the large pieces of the dead maple to length (which is about 18") and move those pieces off of our front yard into the back yard so that the grass would die. Two workers came and took two days to cut all of the dead off out of our large maple tree in front of our yard. They used the chipper to chip the smaller stuff and left the large wood on the front lawn. Then the two workers came back the third day and dropped of the three trees in back. They were great. They worked throughout the day non stop. Jason showed up for a few minutes then left. His worker were great at what they do. We were told in a text by the owner, Jason Trombly to have my husband mark with paint where he wanted the wood cut to length and Jason would come at the end of the week and cut the wood, so that we could move the cut wood in back. Jason Trombly, is not a man of his word. He kept on making excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't finish the job that he contracted to do. When I confronted him, in texts regarding him not fulfilling the contract, he said that he would not cut the wood to length. So he breached his contract after he was paid in full. He was paid $2,200.00, $400.00 of that $2,200 was to clean up the front yard after the tree was trimmed (which was not done." His workers only got paid $100 per day for all the work they did. Two of the three day they were here for 9 hours per day. The tree climber ,Josh, was fantastic at what he does. Because of this I would NOT recommend Jason Trombly's "Trom's Tree Service" located on School Street, Palmer, MA. If you do hire his company make sure that you do not take him at his word when he says that he'll be back to clean up. He will Not! Do not pay him in full until he has completely fulfilled his contract.

From the owner: We get the job done in a timely fashion and safely. We are insured year year also with Workmen’s…read moreComp.
