They are also willing to help out and get items back quickly when necessary. For example, last year I purchased a suit for a wedding but it arrived very late and needed to be dry cleaned only a few days before the wedding. I arrived here late in the day and explained the situation and they agreed to get the suit dry cleaned in-time for the wedding. Everyone who works here is very nice and very welcoming.

I did previously give this place a raving review but I take it ALL back! I can't say enough about…read morewhy you should NOT bring your garments here for alterations. Dry cleaning is decent but nothing above mediocre. The alterations are an absolute nightmare!! I cannot warn you enough to save yourself time and energy please don't use their services. Long story short- took two dresses to be altered. One needed the straps taken up and the other needed the hem taken up. When I dropped off I asked if it could be done by a specific time and they promised it would. Well what do you know, right as I am on my way to pick up they call and say they left the dress at "home". Seriously? I told them I needed it that day for a wedding. So I wait the extra couple of hours and go get my dresses. First dress that they took the straps off they totally butchered and made if WAY too short and it was not done as we measured, they also took a short cut and cut the straps instead of the normal tuck under so the dress is ruined. This beautiful dress can no longer be worn. Second dress, which cost me a lot to TAKE THE HEM up was a shotty job- rips frays and all. Take a look at the pictures and tell me you think this is a decent quality hem. Seriously cannot believe I trusted them with this simple job. I could have done a better job. Worse part of the whole experience was the owners nwphew who was the only one working told me there was nothing they can do. He didn't even look like he cared. It was unbelievable how bad the customer service was and how they didn't care. The owner didn't care either. Moral or the story is that dry cleaning here is a maybe at best but DO NOT have alteration done here unless you want your clothes butchered!

A warm smile every time I enter the door. There have been many times where it's either raining or my kids have been in the car, and each time one of them insists on carrying my dry cleaning to the car to help me. 10/10 recommend for dry cleaning and alterations. I'm short so I've had a lot of alterations here! :)

I just move into an apartment for a short time before relocating, and I currently do not have access to my own machines. I went here for the first AND LAST TIME because I also need to go to the post office and thought it would be convenient... to keep this from being a rant, I will just say, it was literally filthy, machines were broken with parts laying on top (soap dispenser drawers) the are no carts, the rims of each machine were covered with hair and dirt, nothing around to wipe with. I wasted several dollars on a dryer that kept stopping after a few minutes, I finally wedged my personal basket under the hadle. Stupidity finally smacked Mme in the face and I changed dryers, stinks cause I put in several dollars for a good long dry. I commented to a young man of my dryer frustration and said, " oh, use this one it's pretty good." So I load that one up with warm still pretty wet items to be dried, low & behold that dryer would not register my quarters. The young man brought over some of his and tried, still no luck. He then dropped his quarter into a neighboring dryer and it started. I thanked him, moved my shit over and sat outside in the rain or of sheer defeat. I spent HOURS at that freaking dump... I won't call it a laundromat, cause as I said, I love laundromat and I HATE THIS DUMP. The quarter machine only to one of my two dollar bills, etc. So as I mentioned, this is not a rant, but a Warning DoNot Go Here. And I truly feel sorry for anyone that must out of no other option. Today I have return to my go to place just a little further away at Happy Wash Day. Now, this place is Clean, Functioning, and Great.
