If you don't believe me when you walk in look UP half the lights are out and there filled with dead bugs. The return for the HVAC is 50 percent on the reverse side has collapsed and the other side is caked with lint. There are 2 clocks on the walls and both need a battery charge ( both not working). Emergency lighting with battery backup do not work.That is a safety issue, and while we're at when was the last time they had a fire inspection on the system?
