To use the Speed Queen on its heavy cycle (it seems that prices vary according to cycle choice), it's $8.75, which I find quite pricy. I assume it will take 25 minutes to dry my comforter in the single dryer, which will be $1.25. ($0.50 to start, $0.25 for extra five minutes). So it means it will cost me about $10 to wash my medium weight comforter. Not cheap, but buying a new queen size comforter will be at least $40. The facility seems to be well kept and very busy. All in all, I'm glad there is a laundromat when I need it.

I went here for the first AND LAST TIME because I also need to go to the post office and thought it would be convenient... to keep this from being a rant, I will just say, it was literally filthy, machines were broken with parts laying on top (soap dispenser drawers) the are no carts, the rims of each machine were covered with hair and dirt, nothing around to wipe with. I wasted several dollars on a dryer that kept stopping after a few minutes, I finally wedged my personal basket under the hadle. Stupidity finally smacked Mme in the face and I changed dryers, stinks cause I put in several dollars for a good long dry. I commented to a young man of my dryer frustration and said, " oh, use this one it's pretty good." So I load that one up with warm still pretty wet items to be dried, low & behold that dryer would not register my quarters. The young man brought over some of his and tried, still no luck. He then dropped his quarter into a neighboring dryer and it started. I thanked him, moved my shit over and sat outside in the rain or of sheer defeat. I spent HOURS at that freaking dump... I won't call it a laundromat, cause as I said, I love laundromat and I HATE THIS DUMP. The quarter machine only to one of my two dollar bills, etc. So as I mentioned, this is not a rant, but a Warning DoNot Go Here. And I truly feel sorry for anyone that must out of no other option. My wife and I are in a temporary apartment for two months that doesn't have a washer/dryer, and the nearby laundromat has been closed, so we were in a tough spot. Thankfully ATJ was here for us! They offer a pick-up/drop-off laundry service at a reasonable rate and they're super friendly and communicative. (We tried a laundromat we had to drive to in order to drop off our laundry, and there they offered us basically the same price but the service was terrible!) I'm so happy we settled on ATJ. We hand over a batch of laundry, pay online, and then get it back about 48 hours later. It's great!!
