I was looking for a specific brand and make of flooring and the manufacturer listed Floor Renditions as one of the resellers of the flooring. I had never heard of them, and was surprised, because they are so conveniently located at Tatum and Bell Road, and a few months before I had searched and searched for local flooring companies in my area, and not once did they come up in my searches :( Anyways, I first called and Shyene gave me some pricing over the phone and let me know it takes 5-7 days usually for ordered flooring to get in and she also had some great advice on how much extra to order, etc. She mentioned that they also install at reasonable rates, but not once was she pushy like most other places had been. So I went in Tuesday of this week to place the order. They were friendly, helpful and again offered me a lot of advice on what padding to use, how to clean them once they were in, etc. She let me know that once it was ordered and on the truck, she would text me and originally I was going to pick up at the warehouse it gets delivered to, but when I called later to add another additional piece of quarter rounding (which they were able to add to the same order!) she let me know that the warehouse no longer allows customers to pick up, only the resellers, but not to worry, Joe, the owner, was going to pick it up and deliver it to me. I mean, how much better does it get?! They didn't have to do that! So I was expecting it to take 5-7 business days, but today, Friday, only 3 days later, I get the call that it came in, Joe had it loaded and was going to bring it by, which he did, and loaded all 48 cartons into my garage for me. It is good to know some companies still value customer service as much as Floor Renditions and if I ever need any type of flooring, I know right where to go! I wish I had learned of them sooner, but I look forward to my next project because I now know I have a great flooring company to use.

I figured it was busy for the end of the year so I waited till February. This time I called, then followed up with an email with a drawing and schematic of the house so it would be very easy to plan. That was more than three weeks ago and still crickets. I ended up finding a guy on Craigslist that came out in no time and did a great job. I absolutely hate begging companies to take my business. I hate having to chase them down or follow up. As far as I am concerned they wasted my time.

He rescheduled twice, then showed up at 7:00PM the day he was supposed to do the job. He showed up with his girlfriend and his 20 year old economy car with the trunk stuffed full of tools. He is not personable at all and I suspect may have a few "issues." I let him do his thing because I had a tenant ready to move in. When I arrived the next day it looked like a 3rd grader finger painted the sink and tub then threw sand in it. Shawn stated that he could't control the dirt that blew out from under the sink faucet when he sprayed. Well, that was his first shot at insulting my intelligence. Yes you can, you blow it out with a blow nozzle first. After promising to fix it and sand and buff the tub he made it look "OK." However, before re-caulking and replacing the drains he insisted to be paid. I told him to finish the job! He did what he needed to do and I was glad to get rid of him and not have to deal with this crackhead. Well, 10 months later and the sink is cracking out and 3/4 of the tub finish has peeled off and my tenants have to keep their kids from eating the acrylic chips when they bathe them! I attempted to contact Shawn several times and no response. I am hiring a different company to fix his mess. The only way Davis Brothers obtained a a 5.0 rating is obviously through fraud.

Within a week, they were here cleaning up the nasty weeds in my yard. I asked for a quote because I was curious about how much monthly service would be and Sandra emailed me the next day. It was reasonable and about what I had been paying with my previous landscaper but Clean Service Pro did a better job. A few weeks later, I finally pulled the trigger and had them do a heavy duty cleaning to start and then I signed on for monthly maintenance. I emailed Sandra on Monday and she got me scheduled for Wednesday. The guys are still here and it's been about two hours. My yard looks brand new! Maybe the other reviewer had a one off experience - I'm not sure. But Clean Service Pro has been amazing. Sandra is prompt with her emails back and even sent me an email last night reminding me the guys are coming out.

This is really a mixed situation. I've had several companies try to get my roof handled through…read moreinsurance and this is the only company who got it done. The roof so far looks good but I'm waiting for the rains. This company starts off strong but once they have your business that's when the lack of communication starts. They were billing my insurance so much that I had to sit and go over everything they had itemized. One was for skylights I don't even have. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. I did on this one and feel like it's really going to be important I did.

His quote was delivered within a day and well documented with what would be delivered. Compared to the other estimates for the same work, Eli was in line with the average pricing. A little bit higher but his professionalism was a clear standout that added to the decision of selecting his company. Eli visited again to do a walk through before we signed off on the plans and payment terms. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and in person management of ensuring we were all on the same page. He estimated the work would begin in two days and the crew promptly arrived as expected. Despite me asking for an additional piece of work, they finished on time and we're very pleased with the quality of the work. They were incredibly respectful with regular updates, requesting if it was ok to leave certain equipment overnight and keeping a clean job site. We've had other work done where we end up cleaning up after the crew but that was not our experience here. At the end of the project, they power washed everything and walked us through the project to ensure everything was to our satisfaction before final payment. The next time it rained, there was another leak near our front door. They came back and fixed the problem with no charge. It's been fine ever since. Good price and fast and reliable work. If we have any more problems, they will top our list of who to call. And they even did something unrelated to the roof. Being a little older, we were unable to get up a ladder and replace some florescent lighting. He only charged us for parts and replaced the lights. Service beyond expectations!!
