I had been hesitant to see a chiro all my life since I didn't have any "serious" issues, outside of pulling a muscle in my teens. I also had the misconception that they simply push and pull on your limbs unnecessarily and then you're on your way. I finally took my husband's advice and saw Dr. Dobson after having sciatica. He was great - listened to my issue, explained what he was doing beforehand, and definitely didn't "push or pull" on anything just for the hell of it. Dr Dobson is a great chiropractor and I highly recommend him. My shoulder and neck were killing me due to sleeping on my side, being hunched over my laptop all day and my kids constantly jumping on my back. Dr. Dobson immediately realized I had a few ribs out of place and did a quick adjustment. I felt like I could fully breathe again and the pain was gone. He also adjusted my ankle after I rolled my ankle and it had lost some mobility after favoring it for months. He is great, listens well and got me back pain free quickly. I have been having hip problems for many years now. The pain hindered my ability to give 100 percent at work and gave me a bleak outlook on my aging future. I had been to the doctor and specialists a few times and consensus was to get a "new" hip. My wife finally persuaded me (Yes I am stubborn) to go to Valley Chiropractic (Yes, she is always right). Grant is the best!! I went to see him after an injury I had that caused a pinched nerve in my neck. I was in a lot of pain, for a long time. I had a very severe shoulder injury which was completely misdiagnosed by Dr. Dobson. It was diagnosed correctly by an Orthopedist afterwards, who said it was so easily diagnosed that he couldn't believe any medical professional could misdiagnose it. Dr. Dobson performed some strong manipulations on me based on his misdiagnosis, which could have made the problem worse, though I don't know that for sure. read more
