When I asked for my insurance card and ID back- the lady Maria said "oh you should have told me you had another appt ." LoL Why would you book me if you can't truly accomodate me in the first place? When I called to make the appointment she said it would be a 1 hour visit. They have a gym in the middle of the office and I was a little covid paranoid as well. Everyone was wearing masks but the machines were very close to each other and it was packed. Unsure if this is a chiropractic clinic or a gym for seniors with a chiropractor that runs it....? Confused. Also, I was scheduled for Dr Fraser and he wasn't around. Did he sell his practice to this group?

I had a very disappointing experience at Kenny Family Chiropractic. I believe I was seen by Dr…read more Malia Kenny. While she was polite, that's unfortunately the only positive thing I can say. She was simultaneously treating three patients at the same time, which immediately made me uncomfortable. It felt like I was part of an assembly line rather than an actual patient receiving care. I kept wondering whether I should wait my turn to be focused on--or if anyone was actually focused at all. The "treatment" consisted of about 2 minutes with a laser and 7 minutes of shock therapy, followed by a very brief and surface-level conversation about why I was there. There was zero effort to get to know me, my concerns, my history, or my goals. No questions, no engagement, no real assessment. My copay was $5, and honestly, the level of care reflected exactly that. It felt cheap, rushed, and impersonal--like minimal effort for minimal cost. I left feeling unimportant, rushed, and unheard. The whole place felt like a drive-thru chiropractic service--get them in, plug them into a machine, get them out. If you're looking for personalized care, attention, or a provider who actually takes the time to focus on you, this is not the place. Do not recommend.

They are a family of chiros and every time a person walks in the room they say "hi I'm Dr. Kenny."…read moreThe problem is that I'm often on my stomach waiting to get adjusted and I don't know which Dr. Kenny it is. Four or five different people quickly slip in and out of my exam room to touch me/ provide services during each 10 minute appointment. Needless to say, it is a revolving door of strangers. I don't know if any of them have read my chart or know my body's needs. I don't know any of them well enough to know who to ask for. I learned that each provider who touches some part of my service during the appointment can charge insurance for more services. That's the only reason I can think of why they would provide such unprofessional, impersonal, and awkward service. I tried to stay with them for three or four appointments because they take my insurance. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth the potential harm to my body to continue being seen.
