I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc in my lower back. Dr. Farrell and her team have done an amazing job of helping me heal. I was virtually bedridden for over two months, but now I can stand, walk, and sit with very little pain. I was able to go for a two-hour hike recently, so I'm feeling very grateful to Salud Chiropractic! read more

Very amazing time and a great place to get the help you need to get well ... ........

I was experiencing chronic lower back pain for months that made it difficult to sleep and be comfortable. Dr Farrell did a full workup on me and proposed a corrective treatment plan. It was a relief to hear her say, "Yes, we can help you". You always enter into these proposals wondering and hoping they will deliver. After a few weeks of adjustments I can honestly say I'm on that correct path to the "promise land" of being pain free! It is a great relief and huge comfort. A big shout out to Dr. Saurez who has listened and worked with me to implement a successful treatment plan. I highly recommend Salud Chiropractic, if you are searching for good care you have found the place, care quality is excellent and the office experience is very smooth. read more

I left my 5-star review a few days ago, before I had an opportunity to look at other Yelp reviews of Salud Chiropractic. I was shocked to see that almost all negative reviews (there weren't many) are from 10 and 12 years ago! Yikes, don't reviews ever age or drop off? That doesn't seem quite fair. I have benefited from chiropractic care (from many different practitioners) for my scoliosis and disc disease for decades. I've also gone the invasive route with surgeries. My back has been a mess all my adult life. At first glance, when I started with Salud Chiropractic, treatment seemed expensive, but then I realized that they were taking a comprehensive approach to my chronic back pain, an approach I'd never experienced before. They started with X-rays to identify the state of my spine and source of my pain. Then, they developed the ideal treatment plan, including the initial X-rays and another set at the 6-month point, adjustments three times a week, periodic check-ins to discuss progress, and (in my case) shoe inserts to address my short leg. At every appointment my X-rays were projected on a screen in the treatment room for the doctor's review. I've just never had this kind of support before. Always it was one-off visits costing $75 or more, with the doctor working from my anecdotal complaints. Some of my chiropractors were skilled at their craft, knowledgeable about my anatomy, and intuitive about how to help me; others not so much. The point is that one can't really compare care at Salud with other chiropractors because it's an entirely different treatment model. My other review was also 5-star and very positive, but I wanted to expand on it to include additional features of care at Salud Chiropractic. P.S. As relates to cost, the office staff is great about helping with financing options. read more

Dr salud is a giant scam. She is a great dr and knows her stuff but she's VERY sneaky. She will get you in with a coupon at a farmers market , and tell you that you are all kinds of messed up and you need MANY sessions resulting in thousands of dollars . She will bug you with constant emails calls and texts if you don't book an appointment . The coupon from farmers market makes you come in 3 times and NO ADJUSTMENT EVER! Not until you pay thousands of dollars. Sneaky sneaky sneaky. She will also ask you to bring a parent or boyfriend in with you when she pitches her thousand dollar plan to you as "support" but really she just wants someone else to also convince you that you need help, or maybe will help you pay for her treatment. Huge scam, go find another chiro around there are PLENTY that aren't trying to rip you off. read more

I have been going to Salud Chiropractic for a couple of months now and the pain in my hip is 95% gone. I have had a couple of mini strokes and my doctor said if I see a chiropractor make sure I see a very educated chiropractor that knows what they are doing. Since my strokes are directly related to the neck area. Dr. Farrell has made a world of difference and is very knowledgeable in other ways with keeping yourself healthy with things you can do. read more

I've been coming here for about 2 months now. It has made a huge difference in my life. Dr. Farrell is great. She not only takes the time to check in with you. She asks about other things going on with your body. People may think "oh your chiropractor has you on those vitamins" yes she does because she noticed something else going on with my body and we're trying to get the bottom of it. All her staff is lovely. The front desk always know how to make you feel welcomed. The nice thing is they do remember who you are. Some practices don't know their patients. And at Salud they do. They also make sure you get the approximate coverage for the services. They helped me a lot in that aspect. Over all always a great experience read more

Friendly and professional care offered by knowledgeable, kind people. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Great chiropractic care and awesome office staff!! They are all positive and very professional!

I went to this office because my husband needed chiropractic care. I was offered a free consultation because I mentioned I had arthritis in my spine. So, I had a consultation and was told they needed to do X-rays , which they did,(not covered by either of our insurance btw) and then had another consultation on my X-rays (also not covered by either of our insurance policies. Then I was given a short painful adjustment and was advised to find a chiropractor up in Oregon where we live. We got a call 5 days ago about my bill (almost $500) and then a call today asking if we've sent payment. We told the office we we're waiting for breakdown of services that should have been sent -but we haven't received. The staff and doctors were awesome, and I was told everything was probably not covered by insurance-the adjustment was not helpful and aggravated my back a lot. I should've done more research on arthritis in the spine and arthritis in general. I'm not complaining about the office, they did help my husband and of course his treatments were partially covered by insurance. Next time I'll know better and ask the real questions like will this type of treatment help my spine and relieve pain in my back. (Because it hasn't helped at all and I'm still in a lot of pain) If you need chiropractic care, I would definitely review all of your options before jumping into anything. read more

Quality care at every level delivered with a personal touch from Dr's to office staff..

I've been seeing Dr. Ferrell at Salud Chiropractic for many years now. She's absolutely terrific. She's helped me so much with my chronic back pain and other issues that I've developed as I've aged. I seriously doubt that I would have as much mobility without her care all these years. Her office Staff, Janet, Martha and Amy are all wonderful and always upbeat and helpful. I'm so grateful that I found Salud Chiropractic years ago and I'll never look for any other clinic. read more

I've been going to Dr. Farrell for months now and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I came in specifically because I've had long COVID fatigue and pain on top of just general back pain of being in my 30s and nothing else I've tried had done more than take the edge off. After these months I've had so much improvement with my entire body including the pain, fatigue, brain fog, neck and back pain as well as things I didn't even consider like menstrual cramps and heart burn. They are amazing and worth every penny! read more

Dr. Farrell is the best Chiropractor I have ever seen! My kids and I love going to see her. She has helped my oldest daughter with her allergies through her adjustments and vitamin programs tremendously. No more claratin or benadryl for her!! I initially saw her for pain in my right shoulder and was worried I may need surgery but after a few visits and adjustments I felt so much better and was able to be active again! One of the other amazing things about her was she recognized that my youngest daughter needed orthodics in her shoes to help her back! It made perfect sense the way she explained it! I always thought that chiropractors just addressed neck and back pain but Dr. Farrell does so much more!! read more

I started seeing Dr. Farrell about 2 months ago and so far, I am really thrilled with her and her practice. Where do I start... well, I am 41 years old and have had neck, shoulder and lower back pain for 20 years. Saw chiropractors before and they cracked my back and I never felt better. From my first visit with Dr. Farrell, she was different. She did xrays on me to see what was actually going on before she started adjusting me. To me, that was like a mechanic doing a diagnostic and it just seemed like the right way to do it. After the xrays she encouraged me to bring my husband in with me to discuss treatment and that was also the right move. My husband got to review my xrays with me and he knows how much I complain about pain... he was supportive and encouraged me to purchase the max treatment ppan she offered. Including blood work. Is it cheap? No... don't come here thinking you're going to spend $40 for an adjustment 1x per month and be good to go. Dr. Farrell is fixing you from the ground up and that takes time and expertise. I fully trust her. In 2 months, she has reduced my neck and shoulder pain by about 80%. Only hurts 1 day a week instead of 6 or 7. Same with hips and lower back. I'm sleeping a million times better. I feel so much more positive about my health and body. Next up, I am going to do blood work and Dr. F is going to help me figure out my weight issues. I also want to say that her office is so great. Its super organized. You walk in, swipe your card to check in and swipe it again when you get to your room. Then she has access to all your patient notes (and she takes lots of notes). Her staff are very friendly, professional and just on top of things. I just really appreciate this level of detail. I have nothing negative to say about Salud. read more

I purchased a "family plan deal" at the Santa Rosa street market. I received an evaluation, x-rays and a follow up appointment. This spanned over the course of two appointments and several hours. After my evaluation I was asked to come back to go over my results which ended up in a quote for a "treatment plan" worth several thousand dollars and a push to pay it all up front. I appreciate Drs. that are thorough, informative with their evaluations and treatment, but this felt far too aggressive and infomercial for my taste. My particular insurance doesn't cover this type of thing and even if it did I would not use this office because I was very put off by the sales tactic and approach. It was really uncomfortable and not the type of vibe I want from someone who will be cracking my neck. I chocked it up to it not being a good for me so I did not follow up with any future appointments and asked my husband not to book his evaluation with them because it would only leave him feeling like I did, like I had completely wasted my time. It has been a couple months since I was last there and since then I have received a phone call and letter at home stressing me about the "seriousness of my condition". It feels so intrusive and line crossing to hound someone at home. I don't appreciate being badgered or made feel guilty because I am realistic about my monetary expenses. I care about my health but I won't be guilted into seeking care and certainly not at the expense of being made feel like it isn't a priority because I cant't afford to fork out. No thank you. While this may work for some people, it isn't for me or my family and I felt we are better suited going elsewhere. read more

They want your spouse or partner to come in also just to listen in on your 2nd consultation visit. Using scare tactics to over exaggerating the problem. They are asking for $3400 cost of treatment up front or no treatment. Unethical and too commercial. May also violating HIPPA. The market cost is about $150-$300 consultation fees, then $50 for adjustment each time. You can find other much better chiropractor read more

I've just completed my intense treatment of 3 adjustments a week, had my follow up xrays and exam and I am over the moon. The improvement is unbelievable. My daughter and wife both see Dr. Farrell. The care they're receiving is excellent: Dr Farrell is extremely caring and sensitive, and she's very effective at manipulation, and the staff is great. I understand that it may seem expensive (but there are many options for financing), but I feel that it's in the same category as orthodontics: you may be able to do without it, but you'll likely feel much better for doing it. (As an aside, I work in healthcare compliance, and they definitely do not violate HIPAA!) Additionally, before you decide one way or the other on Salud, be sure and look at the filtered Yelp reviews. I can assure you, based on the many times I've been in the office and all the happy clients that come and go while we're there, these are legitimate positive reviews. read more

I had a very painful and stubborn trigger point in my jaw muscle that would not go away for well over 6 months. My jaw joint was pain-free and positioned well, but I was still grinding at night and couldn't stop. Within 3-4 appointments (one was at no charge) with Dr. Farrell's new cranial technique, I was feeling 75 percent less pain. Very happy about this! read more

In short, I went to Salud, forked out, and was disappointed. I had a really good chiropractor that I was seeing there, and they were absolutely one of the best. But the owner, Dr. Angelica Farrell, not only gave the other doctor a hard time for taking longer with me (I was really messed up, and I needed the extra time and treatment), she wouldn't pay the doctor a decent wage. So my doctor left the practice, I got stuck with Angelica, and it was okay for a while. Then she decided to jack up the maintenance fees that I was promised after forking out the initial 10K. When I protested, she told me things weren't working out and referred me to another chiropractor, one that didn't have the physical strength to adjust me properly. read more
