When some pain in my hip and lower back surfaced, I contacted my nearest Chiropractor on my Blue Cross plan. Dr. Karns was excellent at listening to all of my ailments, doing some standard checks on my mobility and figuring out the appropiate course of treatment. Dr. Karns found that I had a rotated pelvis from most likely a bicycle accident from 8 years ago which was causing the hip pain. She also noted that my upper spine was not as straight as it should be. Her personality was excellent, service was quick and to the point. I don't like doctor's that milk the appointments. She didn't do those crazy pretzel moves on me, but used some cool tools and treatment techniques, including ultrasound to get me back in excellent health. One summer of treatments, 1 to 2 times a week and now I'm on a monthly schedule of checkups. I can continue my sports and at age 39, I'm still performing like age 30. Thanks Dr. Karns.

If you have back pain, neck pain or any pain in between look no further!…read more I have been seeing a typical "crack and whack" chiropractor to treat my bad back for over 10 years. It would work for a week or so then I was back for more. Nothing ever improved....until I went to Dr. Lemesh. I was apprehensive at first. It was more expensive than my past chiropractor...but I quickly found that it was worth it because it WORKS! I have been seeing Dr. Lemesh for 4 months now and he has basically FIXED my need for weekly adjustments. My back is no longer in constant pain. I can do everyday activities like laundry and not worry about my back "going out". I am confident that eventually I will no longer NEED a chiropractor at all due to Dr. Lemesh. Not the best job security approach to have your patients not need you but for the patient, my quality of life has improved dramatically. I have referred a few friends to him and they too agree!! He locates your issues and massages the adhesions out so it is like getting a deep tissue massage AND an adjustment! Once the adhesions are released, then the adjustment happens because the adhesions prevent you from getting that true alignment needed to get out of pain. I could go on and on but if you are in chronic pain and nothing helps then you have nothing to loose! Give it at LEAST 3-4 visits and you too will agree that Dr. Lemesh and his non-traditional ways is what true chiropractic care SHOULD be about for patients! Accept no less!

Predator Practices I…read morehave visited this location a while back after I got diagnosed with a neurological disease called MS. I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of spine stiffness and was desperate for some relief so I made an appointment (first for chiropractor). When i arrived they gave me an X-Ray of my spine and pointed out areas that were compressed. They warned me that I unless I subscribed to their care plan, which was $2000 down and $5000 total, I would not get better and will need surgery later. They also suggested that this care would have me walking again by the end of the plan specifically stating a 98% improvement. Then he had a girl with a clip board ready pressuring me to sign up. It was quite intimidating and overwhelming, and something just didn't feel right. This struck a serious fear in me and had me seriously considering the option but i had to speak to my partner first, who was a PreMed student. He pointed out some serious red flags and inconsistency between the neurological issues I had and their treatment's proposed outcomes. Still wanting to be able to walk again, i consulted with my Neurologist and told them what was promised. My neurologist explained that he has a chiropractor also and is not against eastern medicine, but warned that the treatment they offered has no scientific backing and does not logically make sense in curing a progressive neurological disease. He also pointed out how strange it was that could quote a 98% improvement when no medicine or studies in the history of MS has shown that type of effectiveness. He told encouraged me to try a chiropractor, but warned against this one. I found a different location that I go to now, and told them the same story. They also agreed with my neurologist and even stated that they cannot cure my MS but can only help with my blood flow and symptoms management which is much more realistic. I appreciate my current locations honesty and want to warn those looking for relief against the fear mongering and predatory business practices of Redwood Chiropractor.

My son's first visit to a chiropractor was with Tino and I'm so happy it was. We originally went in because my son had experienced a few rough tackles in his last game. He started with an exam from head to toe. Discussed different issues my son was experiencing and addressed them one by one. After, he did a full body adjustment. My son left feeling so much better.
