Dr Lisa Leap is very professional, very knowledgeable and more, great TLC. She was highly recommended by my previous chiropractor. He was spot on about the practice. It has helped me tremendously. The staff is amazing . Thank you AAAAAA+++++ read more

Been coming for a handful of years seeing Helle Leap, but switched over to Lisa for quite a while as she's running the business now. Helle and Lisa have very different techniques so it is just a matter of getting used to someone new. On a personal level, I've noticed that Lisa can alternate between being friendly and moody which is somewhat annoying as it is hard to know which person will walk through the door. Others may have a different opinion, but I can just comment on what I see. read more

My cousin recommended Dr. Helle to me. She is a kind, sweet, caring, and very strong doctor! I came to her with a pinched nerve that had almost paralyzed my arm; I couldn't move it at all. By my fifth visit, the pain was gone and the relief was incredible. I am so thankful for her help. My husband also received regular adjustments from Dr. Helle, and we both always appreciated how friendly and helpful Mary was to us. I continue to recommend Dr. Helle to all my friends and family. read more

I just went in for the first time today and feel compelled to write a review. Firstly everyone working in the office was extraordinarily nice. I came in, a hot mess with my baby, and was greeted in a really kind, authentic way by the receptionist Mary and even the other patients in the waiting room. Everyone seemed happy to be there and treated me and my baby like family. Dr. Lisa Leap did my intake and adjustment, and I was so impressed by her knowledge, candor, bedside manner, and thoroughness. She was very thoughtful and detail-oriented but most importantly she was trauma-informed. Her consent and check-in practices were wonderful. I felt very much at ease and safe. I felt genuinely listened to and understood. The adjustment itself was a delight. I am so relieved I found this place and so grateful they take Kaiser. Baby and I will be back on Friday! read more

Dr. Leap helped my back and leg pain tremendously! I remember suffering with pain for almost one year, and thinking, is this going to be my life forever? Until I decided to listen to my instincts and try chiropractic care. Within one month, I started to feel improvement more than any medicine I was ever prescribed. They improved my quality of life! I can't thank Dr. Leap and Dr. Lisa enough for their expertise and dedication they put into my treatment. I highly recommend their services to anyone that has back pain ! Also, Mary, is awesome! She will always try her best to squeeze me in when I am running super late ! She is sap knowledgeable and friendly! I love all the girls at the office ! read more

I'm a pelvic Health Specialist/licensed PTA, and physical therapy educators can be very dismissive of chiropractors. I was basically taught chiropractors are BS in PTA school. Let's just say I went in skeptical but desperate. I'm also without income at the moment (scraping pennies while I build a nonprofit), and after calling around town, found their package price quite fair, especially for a nicer private practice (the office is very lovely!). What initially liked about Dr. Leap is that she continuously tracks current research and studies in her field! Many chiropractors and physical therapists do the minimum con. ed. to maintain their licensing, but Dr. Leap is so passionate that she updates her knowledge and practices because she loves it... if you're a nerd like me, she'll tell you all about it. She has a superb bedside manner as well. This immediately gained my trust in her and piqued my interest in chiropractic methods. This demonstrates she cares about her work and patients and is not just moving through the motions of her job. More importantly, I had AMAZING results. I am 44 years old and have seen many patients myself who have waited too long to address back pain until it's debilitated their lives. I don't want that to be me, which is why I tried something new, and I'm SO glad I did. I've had mild-light back pain since my 20's (worsened by driving and dancing-I'm a bellydancer). I came in because I was getting more frequent pain at a higher level, and it was starting to affect my lifestyle. Within a few sessions, my pain was significantly reduced to the point I wasn't sure if I was still in my own body--it was astonishing. After 12 sessions, my balance tests were drastically better. I was told I had a pretty impressive result, and it's not usually this rapid, so do be patient and just trust the process. Everybody is different. Her daughter also did my x-rays and 1 adjustment, which went great. She's always smiling, and the vibes in the office are just positive. I know I sound like I was paid to write this, but as a healthcare worker who's experienced many negative working environments, I really do notice and relax when the dynamics feel healthy. I mean, who wants to be in a tense setting when someone is tweaking your spine!? I never in a million years thought I'd invest in chiropractic maintenance, but I will find a way to budget this into my life. I still feel movement, and PT philosophies (like core exercises) are essential to having a healthy spine, but in my case, realignment is another absolutely necessary component. Now, when I dance and exercise, my spine is more open and moving correctly. In PT, we say "sitting is the new smoking" in terms of the amount of people it's making sick in various ways. I think we need all the help we can get to age well in today's sedentary lifestyles. I'm actually trying to convince my own mother, who is nearly 80, to go to Dr. Leap. NOTE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: The receptionist was great and friendly, extremely transparent, and helped me sort out a generous payment plan. I'm noting this due to the previous cranky review. I've worked as a receptionist in healthcare clinics, and patients sometimes forget it's ultimately their own responsibility to clarify pricing and read what they sign. It's a shame this wonderful doctor and clinic got a bad review because of one person's misunderstanding. The proof is in the pudding, and my back is not hurting as I sit and type this, that's what should inform your choice to go in. read more

Dishonest business practices. When service was rendered, we paid for our copay. Two months later we received a bill for an additional charge. Receptionist "sarcastically" said we had we were responsible to pay for an additional charge not openly disclosed. Needless to say, we have found a very professional and honest chiropractor. Beware! read more

I've been coming since December, and my body is feeling great. I work out for a living, and I'm always pushing my body to do more and more, which takes it's toll. Since incorporating weekly massages and bi-weekly adjustments into my routine, I've had less injuries, seem to need less recovery time, and just feel better overall. Dr. Leap is super knowledgeable, and I love that she shares that knowledge... She doesn't just adjust you and move on, she takes the time to explain everything, listens to questions, and makes sure to address any concerns I have. Also, and most importantly for me, she never tells me I need to stop doing what I'm doing. She respects my profession, and is genuinely invested in my ability to keep doing it for years to come. Mary at the front desk is great! She's friendly and helpful, and makes scheduling easy. It really is a very warm and welcoming place, and I'm so glad I've found them! read more

I've been seeing a different chiropractor for over 20 years who has given me the best of care Recently I've had a proble tha my current DC could not help me with and she recommended Dr Leap. Five stars are not enough! read more

First, Mary the receptionist is friendly and professional. Second, Dr. Leap is knowledgeable and not only a thorough chiropractor but also wants us to learn how we could improve our own health. I have been seeing Dr. Leap since March 2023 and she has made a world of difference to my body and soul with her caring adjustments. She's very strong and knows exactly which positions to put me into to get the results I need. She's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail what has been going on with my body and the pain it was experiencing. My body is feeling great, thanks to Dr. Leap. Dr. Leap also suggested that I get a massage at least once a week, prior to my adjustments. Her staff of massage artists are terrific. They know exactly which muscles to pay attention to and the right amount of pressure to get the muscles to relax. By the time I'm done, I feel extremely relaxed. I highly recommend a massage!! Last, but not least, Dr. Leaps office administrator, Mary, is excellent, personable and is always available to help me with any appointment I might need. read more

I love Dr. Leap and she does great work but this place needs a new receptionist--she is very unprofessional. For instance, I asked her for help regarding payment (due to a change in my insurance) and she told me I had to figure it out myself, and that she couldn't help. Of course, when someone else gave her a stern talking to on my behalf (I'm a non-confrontational person by nature), she found herself able to do her job correctly, but as far as I understand it should be regular policy for a doctor's office receptionist to do computer and phone work when it comes to a patient's insurance, NOT tell the patient to do all the work themselves! Today was another example: it was busy but I had made an appointment for 2:30. Even with this appointment made (and the receptionist promising me my spot), I was asked to wait in a queue of multiple people for my turn. I am used to waiting a few minutes for treatment from doctors but it is very unprofessional to promise a patient an appointment and then make them wait insane amounts of time for it. I ended up canceling before going in. read more

Dr. Leap is the best! I have been seeing her since I threw my back out in 2014. She truly cares about her clients and is passionate about her profession. She fully explains what is happening with your body, and how treatment will help reduce the pain. When I need to see her, I can make an appointment for that day. Not many Doctors have such great customer service. Kelly and Dr. Leap are very friendly and I would not trust anyone else. It is also a bonus to be able to get a massage here when you need to be loosened up! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Helle Leap since 1998. She is an exceptional and caring chiropractor! Last year I had pinched nerve which causes me searing pain in my leg when I walked. I chose chiropractic alignment to address and resolve the source of the pain as opposed to getting an injection to numb the pain. Her treatment plan involved chiropractic alignment twice a week. After the first week the pain was slightly reduced and after 5 weeks the pain was gone! All I can say that Dr. Leap's sensitivity to her patient's need is outstanding, her approach to physical health through chiropractic alignment, and how she applies the chiropractic alignment helps me through my day-to-day aches and pains. She is the best!!!! read more

I have been going to Dr Leap for 10 years . I first saw her for my neck. I could not look over my shoulders, which was making it difficult and dangerous to drive. I was able to freely move my head after seeing her, per her prescribed treatment schedule. I've never felt pressured to see her more often than I could afford, which is how she works. She will make recommendations for treatment based on her years of experience. But she won't pressure you to go beyond your means, which I appreciate since I am on a fixed income. I also urgently needed her help a few years ago. I was walking to my appointment and tripped. I hit my head, shoulder and was sure I was going to feel the impact for days. Luckily I was only a block away. She immediately checked me over and gave me an adjustment. The next day the only evidence that I had fallen was a black eye. There were no body aches or stiffness. I was amazed! Dr Leap keeps current on new research in the field. She is willing to share the new findings, which have changed over the last decade. Just ask her about some aspect of your body or treatment. I look forward to my "maintenance" visits. She has a very nice, clean and sanitized office. Her receptionist, Mary (and sometimes her daughters), is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is always fun to find out how her track star son is doing in his competitions, and what camping trips she is planning. I highly recommend Dr Leap as a chiropractor and genuinely a caring person. read more

After seeing Dr. Leap for several years previously...I began working with her again once I got through my first trimester, getting an adjustment about once a week for the remainder of the pregnancy. After the first visit I was cured of the insufferable migraines I had been getting since the start of the pregnancy...this was amazing as they were completely debilitating and happening every few days. As the pregnancy progressed she was so knowledgeable, explaining all the ways that the pregnancy was affecting my spine and ligaments. She shared relatable stories of delivering her own children, infusing confidence in me as a first time mom. As a midwife I have a great appreciation for chiropractors and always send my patients their way, but even I was surprised as a first time mom to have such a dream of a labor and delivery! Even with an induction and a high dose of pitocin, I had no pain for all of early labor, and only in active labor did I really experience intense pain...and I must say it all felt manageable and I had the baby within 2 hours of getting to active labor! Only 4 pushes and he was born. I guess that's what happens when your pelvis is perfectly aligned! I had seen Dr. Leap the day before I had the baby, so I was in perfect alignment and the baby navigated the pelvis with ease. If I recommended chiropractic care in pregnancy before, I HIGHLY recommend it to my patients now, and most definitely with Dr. Leap, she is the BEST! read more

Dr. Leap is the absolute best! She is very open, caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. She always answers my questions or gets back to me with more information. I was suffering from back pain for awhile. I never thought about going to chiropractor until a couple months back. I always thought that massage will be a help but it wasn't. My coworker suggested i go to a chiropractor that's covered by insurance. Luckily, i found this place! Dr. Leap and Pat are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Dr. Leap is very knowledgeable and you know she really cares about her patients. Pat is just great. You come in and she always greet you with a big smile on her face. The clinic is very clean. I rarely wait to be seen. Ofcourse as long as you come in on time, you'll be seen on time. They also offer massages so that's worth a try. Highly recommend this place. read more

Always love Dr Leap and Ms Kelly. Great professionalism and Dr Leap is amazing. Have recommended others!

The worst chiropractor! She was so rough and clumsy, she sprained my wrist and badly bruised my inner thigh during an "adjustment." Then, after I reported her for causing my injuries, and cancelled my check, she had the audacity to send the small bill collections to damage credit. She only pretends to care about the poor unsuspecting patients who unknowingly fall prey to her deception of being a caring and competent chiropractor. And, don't waste your money on the massages at that place. Unfortunately, the poor massage therapists are not experienced, and worsened my condition. read more

Dr. Leap has been my savior for 7 years now. Years ago I suffered my first sciatica spasm and problems. There were moments where I couldn't walk cause of the spasms in my leg. Even recently I had one of the worst attacks that literally held me captive at standing as sitting and even laying were excruciating. Dr. Leap managed to fit me in when I explain that I was in horrific pain and with her help each time I've gotten better. Busy schedules and finances at times have held me back from managing but if I could I would make chiropractic a weekly part of my life. I cannot praise enough how there is understanding, recommendations, answers to any and all questions you may have and just a general caring vibe whether you go every week or during periods of pain. Dr Leap is the exception who will break the misunderstandings of chiropractic as many people have an idea based on insurance biller types. This is not that kind of office. Everything about it from the massages to the adjustments are for patient care and for overall health improvement. I am a consistent patient and will always be grateful for the help that I've received in times of unbearable pain and immobility. Cannot thank Dr. Leap enough. read more

staff and the doctor herself (LOL) is very rude (please scroll down to see her incredibly rude and unprofessional responses). When my father was referred to valley chiropractor, he called the receptionist and asked about insurance and pricing, mary informed him that valley chiro doesn't accept our insurance and told him he would be charged a FLAT RATE of $55 as this is the pricing for an office visit. when comes time to pay, they charged him $175 after doing absolutely nothing for him AND had the audacity to come back and respond to a yelp review explaining what happened during the visit in a very distasteful manner. As a PAYING customer i have the right to tell you how i feel about your faulty customer service and your careless errors which cost me an extra $120 dollars. You might thinks it's rude for me to come on here and explain what happened but paying customers do have the right to know that you scam people and have incompetent staff especially if it's going to cost me an extra $120 than i'm being told. read more

Her care and concern for each patient's overall health and well-being is obvious and it's one of her strongest assets as a practitioner. I would highly recommend Dr. Leap! read more

I'm sorry I ever walked in this place. I'm sorry I ever admitted that I had insurance(they overcharged even more) I'm sorry that the lady was over 30 minutes late to my appointment, and I'm sorry I felt WORSE after leaving this place, I'm sorry when I called to discuss the overcharging I was given a 15 minute window to call and speak with the doctor, I'm sorry that window was right when my daughter had to be at school. I'm also sorry that I'm too lazy to call the Better Business Bureau!!! My advice if you do walk in.... Ask about the $100 consultation fee that is not posted in office. Ask if its cheaper if you pay cash Ask if they are 30min late to your appointment, and your appointment is cut to a 5 min session, if they will still bill you for full service? 2 sessions I paid $35 co-pay each time, and they billed my insurance over $500!!!! I've been going to Dr. Leap for many years. Everything about this place is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable about chiropractic works and strives to make me as comfortable as possible. She has been able to get my crooked spine to feel pretty darn good and that's saying a lot!!! P. S. I'm sorry I read previous review ~ That doesn't sound like this office at all. I believe mostly that woman's problem was with the insurance companies. Of course it's cheaper when you pay cash, you aren't paying the middleman! I'm very happy with everyone who works there. They are as comfy as a good family! I have recommended many people to her and they were all happy with their outcome. Sincerely ~ Susan read more

Absolutely love this place!!! I was referred by Faceys here couple years back. This place was close to my house and it was very convenient. Now I have moved about 20 miles away and I still come here as often as I can. Here is why: * Dr.Leap is absolutely amazing. Never did she make me feel like I was bad person for not taking care of my body. She is very knowledge and excellent at what she does. The best chiropractor hands down. * Pat is the nicest, most carrying person you will ever meet. No matter how terrible of a day I am having or how late I am, she always greets me with a smile and schedules my appointments. * Josh is very attentive and will ask you million questions to make sure he understands you. * Chantal is an amazing massage therapist. Over all, every time it is a five star experience. This place is great. And if something doesn't make sense or you confused or you think they did you wrong - just ask, every single person who works here will try and help you out. read more

After my chiropractor retired, I began searching for another one. Based on great reviews posted on Yelp (which are all obviously completely fake), and her "one big happy family photos" giving a false impression of her true character, I decided to give Helle Leap a try. BAD MISTAKE!!! Rather than feeling better after the adjustment as I always had after adjustments from my other chiropractor, Helle Leap's adjustment was so rough and clumsy that I ended up with a sprained right wrist, a sore neck, and headache and dizziness. After feeling progressively worse after the adjustment, I emailed Helle Leap to inform her of my injuries as the result of her adjustment, and I told her I was placing a stop payment on the check I had issued. Then, to add literally insult to literally injury, she sent the bill to an unscrupulous collection agency to harass me and damage my credit score. Beware of quack chiropractors!!! They can injure or kill you. Never make the mistake of giving them your social security or driver license number, or giving them any form of payment up front. And, don't rely on those overly positive reviews and photos. read more
