The timing belt on my car had broken, and they quoted me a price of $1200-$1300, and said that this price was "worst case scenario" and that it would only be this much if ALL of the valves would need replaced. I called the following week to check on it and was told they were not able to get to it yet. This was the answer I got every time I called for nearly a month, and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to answer the phone. When I finally did get my vehicle back, I was charged nearly $1700 ($400 more than the original quote) even though they only replaced ONE of the valves. I feel that I was totally ripped off. Plus the check engine light is still on, and it is leaking oil. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

There was obviously something the mechanic missed the first time during installation. It was the same mechanic who checked it out when I came back. My most recent Volvo is a lease with the Astorg ownership. The paperwork was fast and easy as always whether I purchased or leased. I did get a very good deal because when they have a "special" on their cars, they mean it at this location. This time, we needed an emissions upgrade installed as a result of a recall notice. We had one little oopsie where, when I showed up, they thought I was dropping off the car, but I had been told the service would take three hours. It is a 90-minute drive each way, and I was by myself, so that was a little precarious. They told me to wait a minute while they sorted things out, which they did to my satisfaction. They gave me a loaner (new Audi, fun!) and sent me on my way. I did need to call a week later to get an update, but I wasn't mad about it, as they had said thru would drive to us to swap the cars back. All told it took a little over a week, as they were short-staffed, but everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Phil, Zach, and DD, and one more staff member whose name I forget. They are also honest. We asked for new tires, but they checked and said we didn't need them, instead of making the easy sale. The car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. As you can see by the picture, they have a nice setup for customers waiting on sales and service, with coffee, sodas, and water. Bring a sweater, though, as the AC is blasting! We will continue to bring Elbereth to MOC as long as we can.

We did our homework this time. We knew what we wanted. Stuck to our guns and we walked out of there with exactly what we came in for! Sal, our salesman, was extremely professional with a heart for family! We came in with our two very young kiddos, do not recommend, however, Sal was so very patient and informative. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want and he listened to our needs. After we test drove the vehicle we came in for, with baby car seats installed and all, he gave us his card and number. Sal worked all the behind the scenes details with the financing for us. We knew this was the right place for us. We scheduled to meet the next day, and after a short time, Sal handed us the keys to our brand new vehicle! The process was so simple and straightforward. We didn't feel swindled or rushed. Bonus, Lester Raines loves his animals! My daughter and son were so excited to see birds while we were there. My car was kept all day, but the mileage wasn't "documented" on the inspection. The next day it locked up. Devon came and concluded it was the battery. My car was checked in and out within 24 hours. I was inconvenienced 2 days and ignored when I complained about it. I've bought 2 cars from them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Subaru serviced at this location.
