I have practiced yoga all over the DC area and in Miami (where I live now post-grad) and hands down In Balance is the best studio I've ever been to! The facilities are great, parking is easy, and the instructors are fabulous. The classes are extremely affordable (they offer student discounts), especially if you buy an unlimited semester pass. I've tried every class they offer and each one offers something unique to help expand your practice. I also love that a primary focus of their studio is geared toward supporting the community either through donation flows or making yoga accessible for those on tight budgets. Sooooo relaxing! Then it may be appropriate for you to change to a progressive class, learn new and interesting poses to your capability. Noelle has at least 20 years experience teaching yoga. She has a lovely precision that helps you optimize each pose. As the body releases, the mind unwinds. Super!!! The only Svaroopa instructor and classes for miles around. I'm addicted!
