The facilities are great, parking is easy, and the instructors are fabulous. The classes are extremely affordable (they offer student discounts), especially if you buy an unlimited semester pass. I've tried every class they offer and each one offers something unique to help expand your practice. Dave was great to work with, always attentive, and together we formulated a solid plan to attack the issue. I'm about 90% today. Keep in mind a year ago I could barely stand up straight. Now I'm back to lifting weights, and enjoying an active lifestyle. One aspect of Valley Active I appreciate is that you are not part of a cattle herd. Dave (and the others at Valley Active) only work with one person at a time. So the entire time you are there (30 mins or 60 mins appointment), you have Dave's undivided attention. This situation led Dave to discovering that I had a few other things going on that were not related to my back. We worked on those as well, thus improving quality of life.
