Do not go there if I could give it less than one star I would. The staff is rude. He won't let you in the office. He talks to you through a door. The room was filthy. You can't check in until 3 PM if you check in any earlier, you have to pay $100. Don't believe the pictures when we first got there. There was a man walking around in his underwear. There were prostitute hanging out at the building. The sheets were dirty. The tiles had stains on them the floor. The carpet was dirty. It was cobwebs there was handprints on the headboard. The manager refused to free up my Priceline booking a day after my son booked. Priceline said it was fine to cancel and it was a month before the stay but I needed the Vallejo Inn approval. I called for days without anyone answering the phone. What kind of hotel/motel doesn't answer? I explained that my son booked and he has cancer and is immuno compromised and cannot stay there if the reviews are correct- dirty rooms/needles etc. He was so rude and said it was their policy that there are no refunds. He had zero sympathy and represents himself and his company as crooks. I have notified Priceline that they should not do business with a place that is so bad because it legitimizes a scummy place. I booked a hotel online and when I showed up the man working there looked like he did not want to be there at all. When I got to the hotel room I saw hair in the sink the blankets had stains in them parking was a complete joke here nearly impossible to find parking and if you parked in the wrong spot you would get a 50 dollar fine I guess they are reserved for the employees only also at night it was nearly impossible to sleep there was cars roaring down the road it literally sounded like a f1 race was going on out side the area was a little sketchy I would recommend you stay here unless you want to deal with everything I listed here at least the room was only 40 dollars but I guess you get want you pay for... read more

I had family staying there do to some housing issues, After a couple of days ask for clean sheets to change hoping it would help with the itching and bites. Asked the manager for some to change themselves no extra service needed, He said he had none to give, He was extremely rude and told them to leave.?? Not just leave the office area But the Motel. After reminding the manager they were homeless and were in between places He stated they could stay that night and check out the next. He refused to see the room or pictures. He left before check-out and he had his Maintenance man assist. Not to mention that the water was off the whole day before. They need to refund all fees and services. Oh dear, I saw an unclassy-looking "girl of the evening" going up to a room with a young fellow one night at midnight while I was waiting for my friend trying to rouse the front desk, a difficult task, so they could RE-magnetize our keys which stopped working on our final night there. It's nice to have bags of fast food going cold because your room keys (plural) stopped working. At this time, I also noticed the ice machine was behind a locked gate and the soda machine had been out of order for two months. Parking is also almost non-existent; I have a disabled placard and fortunately, I was the only guest who needed the ONE handicapped spot. A kind maintenance man kept it coned off for me and came out at midnight and moved the cone for us, which is why this is a two star, not a one star review. I don't know where in the sketchy neighborhood we would have parked our car at if I hadn't had that placard because there were no other spaces when our event ended and we pulled in at 12am. That said, we really only needed two beds and a shower. The room was fairly clean but with burn marks on the thin towels. I saw a toenail next to the night stand. The phone to the front desk and clock radio didn't work....no power and no discernible cord to plug it in. I moved its stand away from the wall and couldn't find a cord or appropriate outlet. It was hard to sleep the first night because someone was working on & revving their loud car in the parking lot (they found a spot!) till early in the a.m. One night, I could hear the person on top of us pacing back & forth on the creaky floor till 1am. You definitely get what you pay for, but the online booking site described this place as "pleasant," which is why I booked it. Ice buckets look old, inside of drawers were crumbs, my one year old son found candy on the floor somewhere. My no smoking room smelled of smoke, all types of. First off, the parking is horrendous. There's maybe a dozen parking spots for an entire hotel. The area is in shambles. The noise from the traffic coming thru is outrageously loud. The room wasn't cleaned before I checked in and even though it says non smoking, it smells like weed & cigarettes. The bedding is covered in burn holes and has a black substance throughout (sheets, pillow cases and comforter). The carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks and looks older than what pictures on the website show. Also, there are repair marks all over the walls that they didn't bother to paint over to match the rest of the room. I know this is a cheap hotel but I expected a decently cleaned room. read more

I can't write a review based on what this slum hotel's amenities are like because I was never permitted to check in. Booked with a third party website and on arrival had a creepy old man demand $100 cash deposit. Mind you I'm happy to provide a deposit but I'm not just handing cash to a guy. Told him I'm happy to put on a card. He demanded cash only which was not what was stated on the booking site. Our booking was refused and we ended up going to another hotel that took a normal deposit. Get with the times and also it is not safe to have your employees be dealing with that kind of cash if it is in fact the policy. I would have never booked here if that policy was stated. Worst hotel, ever! It is not worth it at all. Where do I begin??????? -The receptionist was never there. You have to call the 800 number to find her (if you can find her at all). -They ask for a $100 cash deposit upon arrival (which is not advertised anywhere when you book your room) and then you can't ever find the receptionist to get your money back at the end of your stay. I saw at least one couple leave without getting their money back because the receptionist was missing in action. -Your room for "four people" will come with 2 towels only. When you ask for more towels, you will be told that the cleaning crew has them and that they are no where to be found. We had 2 towels the entire time. -Rooms are non-smoking, yet they all have comforters with burn marks on them and smell like cigarettes. -The rooms are dirty -There was not enough parking. So ima single Father. I booked a hotel for me and my newborn twins. Our first day here, we quickly pulled up by the staircase to unload my vehicle. I made sure their was enough room for cars to come in and go out as they please temporarily so I can unload my vehicle ONLY. The manager lady with red car decided to keep beeping her horn very rudely at me and my children while ONLY unloading for a very short time. All she had to do was drive around me. Then the security guy started to talk under his breath about what took place. I felt like they were tryna gang up on me and my children. Yeah it was cheap and all but because its so shitty. To start off, there was no parking when we got there and there was no "way" to get a refund. When we came to a conclusion with the office lady we got to the room but the sheets looked dirty, luckily we got some "clean" sheets and pillow cases but honestly at this point who knows if they were because the maid SWORE she cleaned our room herself.
