Julio restored dozens of dents and hanger holes in our walls, patched and repainted, fixed our fence, replaced running boards, and repaired several roof rafters that had been burrowed into by carpenter bees. He was extremely considerate when first arriving at my house and even utilized shoe covers when entering as to not track any dirt into my home. Additionally, when working in my home, Julio took additional steps to make sure that his work area was left exactly the same if not better than when he arrived. In addition to painting several walls in my home, I have also contracted Julio with drywall repair and grout repair. Across all three different work requests Julio displayed great professionalism, attention to detail, and truly made us feel comfortable in our decisions. Julio has done work for me for the past year. His expertise goes far beyond painting. He shows up on time and he is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. His pricing is fair and he is honest in his estimates. In addition to repairing damaged walls, crown moulding, baseboards and window sills he paints and restores everything to perfection. He has retiled steps and a porch, sanded and stained a hardwood floor that had been damaged by an office chair on wheels that the grandkids used to spin around like the teacup ride at Disneyland. He placed beautiful mantels on my fireplaces without cracking the fireplaces. Julio hung 3 flatscreen TVs and went the extra mile of relocating the electrical outlet behind the TVs so that no unsightly wires are hanging down. He has removed popcorn ceilings and everything looks fantastic!! He also repaired a wooden screen door that was part of a very expensive french sliding door. Every other worker or contractor said it could not be done that the entire door would have to be replaced. Julio examined the door situation and determined what the problem was and fixed it which saved me thousands of dollars. I took the time to write this review because I appreciate Julio and his helper Miguel. Thanks to them my home has none of the terrible annoying blemishes that we all tend to live with and overlook because no one can seem to get the job right.
