We just had our house painted by Valle Painting, and it looks like a brand new house! We got quotes from 3 different vendors, and Julio, the owner, came out, looked over the house, and gave a reasonable quote that included replacing some areas with rotten wood, and patching some stucco that had fallen off. While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice. We definitely picked the right people to do the job. read more

If you're looking for a painter you can actually trust, I highly recommend Valle Painting. I've now used them on two different homes--my current home and my rental property--and they've been outstanding both times. Their pricing was fair, the quality of the work was excellent, and the attention to detail really showed. Everything was completed on time, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Julio. He's a true gentleman--honest, professional, and a man of his word. It's hard to find contractors who are as dependable and trustworthy as he is. He communicates well, stands behind his work, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I'll definitely be using Valle Painting again for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Dealing with Julio was absolutely great! He was reasonable and amenable. We had to adjust the schedule because of rain, and he was okay with that. Him and his team did a nice job in making old old wood look like it still had life. Overall, it was a great experience and he did a really nice job. read more

A Rare Gem in the Industry - Professionalism at its Finest! I recently went through a very stressful situation due to damage caused by a previous contractor. After a long search, I found Julio (Valle Painting), and I can honestly say he is a 'hidden gem' in the contractor industry. 1. Unmatched Professionalism & Punctuality Julio arrived exactly at 8:30 AM every day. He is incredibly humble, focused, and respectful. In an industry where reliability can be an issue, Julio is someone you can count on 100%. 2. Exceptional Care for Your Home What touched me the most was his respect for my property. He didn't just work; he protected everything. He laid down moving blankets, used plastic sheeting and tape to cover every inch of the working and transit areas. My cabinets, floors, and gates were all shielded. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. 3. Superior Craftsmanship His skill is top-notch. From fire/scorch restoration and smoke odor elimination to intricate drywall repair and color matching, everything was perfect. He even went above and beyond to sand my garage wood panels, making them look brand new. 4. Honesty & Integrity Beyond his skills, Julio is a man of great integrity. He provides honest advice even if it doesn't lead to more work for him. He truly cares about his clients and their homes. I was so impressed and felt so at ease watching him work with such perfection that I didn't even think to take photos. His preparation and clean-up were so flawless that I didn't have to lift a finger after he left. I am moving out of state soon, but I have already shared his contact with my property management and will recommend him to all my family and friends. If you want a stress-free experience and high-quality results, Julio is the person to call. My only regret is that I can't take him with me! Thank you, Julio, for being a true professional. read more

Valle Painting performed miracles at our house in the space of two days. Julio restored dozens of dents and hanger holes in our walls, patched and repainted, fixed our fence, replaced running boards, and repaired several roof rafters that had been burrowed into by carpenter bees. When he finished, you would have had no idea that work had been done--everything looked brand new, no seams, no patches, just perfection. We would hire him again instantly. Oh, and he also was the first person to reply to us and was super polite and punctual. Seriously, hire Valle Painting for your paint and repair needs. Sorry, no pics; just imagine pristine clean walls and rafters where a bunch of holes and dents used to be. read more

Julio from Valle Painting is very respectful and punctual. He was extremely considerate when first arriving at my house and even utilized shoe covers when entering as to not track any dirt into my home. Additionally, when working in my home, Julio took additional steps to make sure that his work area was left exactly the same if not better than when he arrived. In addition to painting several walls in my home, I have also contracted Julio with drywall repair and grout repair. Across all three different work requests Julio displayed great professionalism, attention to detail, and truly made us feel comfortable in our decisions. He provided helpful recommendations, but never made us feel like we were pressured into unnecessary expenses. After each work was completed my wife would tell me that she felt so comfortable with Julio and his work. My wife would say that at no point in time did she ever feel uncomfortable with Julio. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

Valle Painting was super responsive, quick, and did a really nice job. Highly recommend Julio for quality work and great communication!

Julio has done work for me for the past year. His expertise goes far beyond painting. He shows up on time and he is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. His pricing is fair and he is honest in his estimates. In addition to repairing damaged walls, crown moulding, baseboards and window sills he paints and restores everything to perfection. He has retiled steps and a porch, sanded and stained a hardwood floor that had been damaged by an office chair on wheels that the grandkids used to spin around like the teacup ride at Disneyland. He placed beautiful mantels on my fireplaces without cracking the fireplaces. Julio hung 3 flatscreen TVs and went the extra mile of relocating the electrical outlet behind the TVs so that no unsightly wires are hanging down. He has removed popcorn ceilings and everything looks fantastic!! He also repaired a wooden screen door that was part of a very expensive french sliding door. Every other worker or contractor said it could not be done that the entire door would have to be replaced. Julio examined the door situation and determined what the problem was and fixed it which saved me thousands of dollars. I took the time to write this review because I appreciate Julio and his helper Miguel. Thanks to them my home has none of the terrible annoying blemishes that we all tend to live with and overlook because no one can seem to get the job right. I highly recommend Valle Painting for almost any job in or around your home. Sharon M. read more
