A decent place to drop off big sized items for washing…read more I usually come here to get my comforter washed as my apartment washer/dryer are not big enough for that. The turnaround time is usually the next day. As with everything, the price has also gone up. It is now $20 to get my Queen sized comforter washed. The ticket given is tiny, so do not lose it. Or take a picture of the number on it. The owner will write your telephone number on her copy (equally tiny). Very rudimentary way of keeping track. The place can be quite busy with other customers doing their laundry. Dry cleaning is available here too. I think it is cash only so bring cash just in case.

They offer both laundry and dry cleaning services. You can do your own laundry or you can drop off your stuff for them to do and come back later to pick it up all clean and folded. There is one x 10 min parking spot in the back for pick up or drop off of your laundry. There is also metered street parking. I can't wait for my own washing machine to be fixed (for convenience) but I'll definitely come here again if I need laundromat service.

We dropped two bags of laundry off at 10:30 am and picked it up at 5:30 pm, though they did say they would deliver the completed laundry to our hotel for $10 more. I should have chosen that option. Oh well, next time. The clothes we got back were clean, excellently folded, in a cute bag with tissue paper and a hand-drawn swan on the bag. That shouldn't matter, since it's all about the clothes, but it did give a warm and personalized vibe. The only negative is that I felt it was a little pricey - $65 per bag, but when compared to hotel rates it was reasonable. Do not hesitate to bring your laundr

Then she went back to inside immediately right after she unlocked the door while she saw us walking towards the door. She could have held the door for us since we were her customers. That just means they do not care about customers. I asked the employee if they were busy and she said they were not busy. But we needed to wait for three or four days just to dry clean one item, for which she said, "I'm so sorry" but I think she was not truly sorry because when we said, "Have a good day" to her, she said, "Uh-ha" while looking at the floor. No employee would respond to a customer that way; she is just too arrogant. Also, she asked us for our surname to write it on the receipt. Then she asked us if we were in the system and she had our name wrong in the system. Her careless attitude made me hesitate to return.
