I found this company Valhalla Vitality and it has so many bad reviews but I decided to give it a try, honestly is the best company out there for weight loss medications, you get a personal PORTAL, you ask all the questions and the turn around time is pretty quickly and the Nurses are nice and give you information, you can also text and you will get someone to text you back pretty fast, and I have been on this journey for 4 months and every time I get all my shipments fast, They charged and shipped all of my orders. Aside from that, in my personal experience, the medication actually works. I'm on Tirzepatide and have lost about 14 pounds. VV lost my package 3 weeks ago. What should be a two day turn around on hormonal medication is now 3 weeks late. They had no issue withdrawing my semi monthly $218. However apparently now the only means of contacting said company is through customer support tickets. My ticket submission was very forward, clear, concise and had all necessary information. The first response to me essentially just asked for a tracking number. They did not bother to read my message passed where i stated the package was lost. Had they actually read my complaint they would have seen i already confirmed with pharmacy hub, the supplier, that the package was indeed lost. Also had they taken the time to thoroughly examine the FEDEX tracking site they would have noticed the exclamation mark between deliveries. My second submission was essentially just repeating myself. Restating i confirmed with oharmacy hub. I also gave them a new address to send to as my business address us closer to a main city. I also requested a confirmation once the replacement shipment is made. The second response was were sorry it looks like your package was lost. DUH. "Well work on a replacement shipment as soon as possible" ​No mention of the afformentioned address change. The ticket was then closed. So I submitted again. I still have yet to receive confirmation of a reshipment, my address change, or anything at all. The ticket was closed AGAIN. Pharmacy hub replied and stated as of 9/22/25 @ 2:40pm they have yet to receive a reshipment order or confirmation. I was told by your employee on Sept 16th that the reshipment order would be sent. Not only is oharmacy hub unaware of this but they also are unaware of my address change. I have been using VV for approximately 5 months for their compounded tirzepatide therapy and have lost weight on it. That is the only positive response I can give them. The following is the experience they created for me: 1. 1st doctor conversation was positive, but the following 2 were negative experiences. The Dr was abrupt, interuptive, and I felt she really didn't care about my concerns nor my medication needs. 2. My concerns: a. My husband is a client of this business and had placed two orders for Tirzepatide. Valhalla marked his order as completed on July 5 and July 20th, but that meant that they had billed him and sent his order to the compounding pharmacy. After that they informed him that they had no oversight in the shipping time from the pharmacy. In providing him with the pharmacy name, I was able to google and contact the pharmacy for my husband to inquire about the expected shipping date. Valhalla customer service, which consists of a texting service only, could have easily contacted the pharmacy on my husband's behalf and given us definitive information. But instead Valhalla customer service regurgitates a non-specific blob of "not our responsibility...it may take 21 days or more...sorry not sorry." This the kind of service you should expect to receive: feeling frustrated when you medication is delayed because the doctor at Valhalla sent in the script 3 weeks later and you have to spend more money on extra orders of medication to keep yourself stocked. Literally the worst online "med spa" type company that I have worked with. You cannot converse with anyone via phone, all customer service is only via text message. I have spent entire days trying to correct issues with them. The last problem that I had, I was finally able to correct myself after 2 days of back and forth texts that were of no help. This was an issue with a peptide subscription. After I got it corrected, which kept the savings intact - "Jean" cancelled my subscription. Re-subscribing would eliminate the savings that was previously offered to me for being a monthly subscriber, so after this and all of the infinite frustration that I have had dealing with their zero-contact policy for customer service I am done with Valhalla. The only good thing that I can say I would give 5 stars for would be their provider - Princess Lomax, she is lovely and wonderful. NOT transparent about pricing Before signing up and booking an appointment with Valhalla Vitality I tried to get information about the average monthly costs. I understand that this depends on the dosage I will need but also know that there are certain protocols that were followed. The information I received was not at all consistent with what I later had to pay. I told customer service about it and they told me the price would be for 20mg of the medication, but when I purchased them, there was no 20mg option at all that I could have chosen. Customer service then started arguing with me repeating the same useless information over and over again. I cannot say anything further, as I have not received my medication yet. Do not use your card with Valhalla Vitality Do not use Valhalla Vitality! After paying for a consultation, my card was compromised and used multiple times. I had to cancel the card and the charges were removed from my account. A Reddit thread discusses where dozens of customers are experiencing this over the past few weeks and have reported it to Valhalla with the assurance they are looking into it. I shared this info with my bank rep and she is escalating my case to an investigation team because the Valhalla consultation charge (which was legit) came from the same area that all the other fraudulent charges did, according to my bank rep from the fraud department. I did not store my card in my profile so someone is repeatedly capturing customers' card info after making a purchase with Valhalla based on the numerous reports on Reddit. I've tried to contact Valhalla multiple times now and have only received the scripted "we have a secure website and we are trustworthy" blurb. Same for the dozens of others who've had their credit card fraudulently used after making a purchase on Valhalla Vitality website. Then, I received an email from "leadership" that acknowledges they have a breach in their security on their website, but they are still trying to take down my reviews by reporting them as false. Others have been reporting their fraudulent charges coming after purchasing from Valhalla and they've gone unanswered or given the same script of how secure their site is. Here's the bottom line: Valhalla claims to have a secure website and secure payment processing system, but they do not based on my experience and the many others that have had their card info stolen after purchasing from Valhalla Vitality. My husband and I are both customers since July 2023 and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is DEPLORABLE. I understand they only respond via text or email but in my experience they either don't respond at all or their response is unresponsive: my email to Customer Service from my active account that I needed an order for the routine labs recommended while on tirzepatide was responded to by text from their Sales Team listing prices for tirzepatide. I texted back that this was unresponsive and got a text that I should reach out to customer service and "as much as we would like to help you our access is limited". I emailed customer service again and immediately got an email back that said "we urge you to text our Customer Service line for immediate assistance". A day later and no response, I called 516-266-6186 which was the phone # on their email and turns out that is their HQ. Do not use this company!! The WORST experience ever. Awful customer service, I paid $580 for a 10ml vial. I was advised I would get 16-2.5mg doses. I got only 6 doses from my vial. I followed the proper process reaching out for assistance and kept getting redirected to text them at various numbers, bounced around from each number, each one responding that the other number would help me. You can only text. There is no option to speak to someone. I emailed them and was told to text. I have been asked about my dosage, what I am injecting etc. I confirmed I have been dosing correctly. Last two responses have been the same and that there is no way that their computerized system could have made an error and that they have quality checks in place. Computers make mistakes and clearly my vial was shorted. And to add insult to all of this, they made a "good gesture" offer of 5% off my next order. Beyond insulting. I had a scheduled virtual consult on... I had a scheduled virtual consult on Wednesday, January 4 at 2 pm and Doctor didn't show up. I contacted them a few hours later and they apologized and said they would get back to me shortly meaning in the next hour or so. Never got back to me until the next day. Finally, had the consult on Friday and was able to place my order. Was told the whole process would take 5-7 business days to receive my prescription. It just seems like a very long time and no communication on where exactly the order is in the whole process. Also, just got an email after placing the order for $25 off any of their therapies in the month of January, This kinda sucks that I just missed out on that. Today is the 5th business day out of the 5-7 business days it takes for the entire order process and the only notification I got was to rate my experience with Valhalla Vitality, so this is what I'm doing. Got sucked into this so called medical weight loss type of place.. required a "clinical consult" w a nurse practitioner or physician for $100 prior to the medication order..I felt nervous from the beginning as the place was impossible to contact but I eventually did get my appt for clinical eval. I was stunned when the girl called at my appt time and sounded like Meadow Soprano or younger; clueless on any medical questions I posed since I have thyroid and hypertensive issues- she was literally like "oh you'll be fine." I paid a fortune for the generic injectable which was made by a local pharmacy in my city- they are in New Jersey I'm in Houston. With my own doctor's script I later obtained it myself at a fraction. My point is you don't need a middleman. If you do your research and know you're a good candidate for these types of weight-loss meds speak with your own doctor and look up compounding pharmacies in your town.
