I mean it isn't Sesame Street, its a parking garage office, but Oscar the Grouch DEFINITELY works there...well, perhaps "work" is too strong of a word, but Oscar definitely answers the phone and makes you feel like a jerk before hanging up on you. I've seen this tactic before! An employee puts twice as much effort into avoiding the work than the work would actually require, just to avoid doing the work. Its actually quite a skill, one that can only be honed by decades of civil service. Btw, the question was simply to find out if there was open daily commuter parking (or if it was permit only), and if daily parking was available - what the daily rates were?

He's there in a RAV 4 that barely takes our luggage and has me in the (very uncomfortable) front seat after he moves his junk onto our luggage. He said that his office never told him how many of us so it wasn't his fault but it wasn't my fault either (LOL!). Will NEVER call them again. Suggest you don't either!

When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services.
