The motor cover was coated with blook soot (it wiped off easily). I wiped soot off the motor and it was also under the motor. The machine looked the same as when I brought it in. I took pictures for proof. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. Why would I want to go back when such a poor job was done the first time? I do not recommend this shop for machine care!
