I am a truly nit picky person where it comes to cleaning so I check from a knee position when inspecting floors and baseboards. This was a thourough cleaning. Robbed/Ripped Off. I just moved here and found Allison on Yelp. I requested that our new home be…read moredeep cleaned a day before I flew into Texas with my children to move in. She provided a detailed list of the services and I thought...perfect. I made sure she cleaned baseboards and would sanitize the home (screenshoot attached). She quoted the amount shown and when she was 'cleaning' she called me and advised further sevices would be needed for a 'move in ready' outcome. I agreed. MY TOTAL was $765. Which I was ok with. My home 4400 sq ft When I arrived the next day.. I was Shocked! The house was disgusting. What she stated was clean..looks like it was never touched. I contacted her and provided her pictures. She agreed to make it right and even came back and did a walk through. She blamed her helper and she didn't have her glasses on. We gave her a chance to correct the issues and rescheduled to come back and clean what was missed. SHE NEVER SHOWED up. Allison avoided my calls, texts and I even requested a partial payment return on cash app. Do not use this service. I feel I was robbed. I paid her almost $800 and did not receive the services requested. I have since cleaned my home and it was not difficult....which made me think 'what did they do when they were here?' Photos attached are the photos I sent to her AFTER she cleaned. This review is 100% accurate This has to be some scam and not actually a true cleaning company. Ask for her bonds and Insurance...I didn't. And I blame myself for not asking and for paying in full before I actually saw my home.

She first came by right after we finished remodeling and couldn't get rid of the dust no matter how much we cleaned. Brenda showed up, worked her magic, and the place looked amazing. We were immediately impressed and never looked back. Since then, she's become part of our regular routine--usually monthly, depending on what we need. She's also helped clean our rental properties after tenants moved out, and now a few of our neighbors hire her too. Everyone loves her! What I really appreciate is how trustworthy she is. I'm pretty cautious about who I let into our home (especially after a couple of bad experiences), but I've always felt totally comfortable with Brenda--even when I'm out of town. She's reliable, professional, and super kind. When we had our baby and were totally overwhelmed, she went out of her way to help however she could. It seriously made such a difference. She genuinely cares, and it shows. Brenda's a total gem--hardworking, thoughtful, and just a wonderful person. Couldn't recommend her more!

I hired Vilma from care.com for a move out clean and LS Ruiz was the girl who showed up. While the…read morework was good, just about everything else has been a disaster. The lady told me that she sucked up a screw and asked to be compensated for broken vacuum, which I did. I sent $80 and asked her to provide a recipe if the repair was more than $80. I paid the cleaning free via Venmo which is what Vilma asked of me. Since this was a business transaction I selected the "Goods and services", this company provided me a service. That money cleared out of my account immediately. I then got a string of texts saying that she won't be able to pay her rent since Venmo is holding the funds for 21 days. I was not aware that this was a personal Venmo account and not set up to receive business funds. I spent hours on the phone to Venmo trying to get this squared away but ultimately, nothing can be done to speed up the process, since there Venmo account is not set up correctly. I then found this page and found pictures of my house, which I did not consent to. The clean was good, but everything else has been a disaster. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE. Update due to owners reply. The issue here lies with Venmo. Ls Ruiz has even supported the fact that I paid with a screenshot. I paid within 30 minutes of the job being completed. I do not have control of how long it takes Venmo to give her the money. I do not control the terms and conditions of Venmo. I spent hours on the phone with Venmo trying to find a resolution but ultimately, they are using a personal account to conduct business transactions, so a hold is put in place for the protection of both parties. Venmo is the way Vilma and this lady requested and agreed on payment. If you don't want to abide by the rules of Venmo and want payment made in a specific way, make that clear upfront. As for the photos, you can take pictures of your work as proof of service, but posting them online without consent seems like violation of privacy. They will not remove said photos unless I remove this review. Like I said previously, the clean was good. There is no question on the quality of work. Just painful to do business with
