Great service. Excellent quality. My preferred cleaners in Moore County even though I have to drive a little further.

Great business, always happy faces to serve you! Quality cleaning and professionalismread more

My daughter chose this cleaner to have her wedding dress pressed. She said she had read the…read morereviews and believed it was the best around. Her dress was/is a ball gown with a long train. We purposely waited to have it pressed until the week before the wedding because we knew it would wrinkle because of the train. I dropped it off for my daughter because she is a nurse working long shifts. When I dropped it off, I requested that they NOT place it in the garment bag we brought it in after being pressed and the person at the front desk who took the dress agreed and said to be sure to take it out of the dry cleaning plastic when we got it home. When we came to pick up the dress, I saw the garment bag hanging in their business, and hoped it was someone else's dress, but it was not. As the clerk brought the dress to us, I told her that I was extremely disappointed as I had asked them not to put it in the garment bag as I knew it would be wrinkled. Mind you, this is Thursday and the. Wedding was the following Saturday . We opened the bag and as we feared, the dress was more wrinkled than when we dropped it off. The clerk who was helping us called the person who did the steaming, she was also the person I had spoken to when I dropped off the dress. Both she and the clerk were extremely rude and had no concern that we were dissatisfied with the work. The young woman who had steamed the dress told me that their dry cleaners bags were smaller than our garment bags and that is the reason she put it in the garment bags. She then took my daughter' dress to the back and in full view of us started running the steamer over the dress. It was very apparent that she was angry with us and she showed no care for the dress. We decided that we should leave before they damaged the dress, with 2 days to find someone else to press the dress. My daughter and I carried the dress to our car with zero assistance from the staff. We were also asked to pay the full price for the service. I must say that I was extremely upset and angry at this point and told my daughter to pay so we could leave the establishment. The clerk then began to yell at me and tell me she didn't steam the dress and she "didn't know who I was speaking to". At this point I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment. They told me his name and would not give me his contact information. They gave me a card which was the number for the front desk. I have NEVER been so rudely treated. I will say that we did contact the owner the following day and he did give my daughter a full refund "after watching his video of the situation ". I can not say how awful this interaction was for myself and especially my daughter two days before her wedding. Thankfully we found another establishment who had their staff come in that evening to re-press the dress and it was beautiful. They could not have been more professional and kind to us. I will also do a positive review for them. I will never use this establishment again. And I would warn anyone considering using this establishment for something as important as pressing your wedding dress.

Just came in with a handful of items and the shop became very busy and they took their time with helping us and we did not feel rushed at all. We will continue to come back to Lee's for all of our tailoring needs. Thank you!

I sat down rather than stand in line, so one woman who came in with a dress to be altered took advantage of my momentary distraction and took my rightful turn and skipped me. I ended up waiting at least another 30 minutes (an hour total) to be given attention and she had major alterations that she wanted the same day and she didn't even have on the same undergarments that she was planning to wear. As you can imagine this made the woman pinning the garment for alterations at a disadvantage. She had to keep repinning the garment at the woman's whims. Her daughter along with her had a formal dress to be hemmed. But she didn't have the shoes she'd be wearing and the woman who had to mark up the dress for alterations had to go search for similarly heeled shoes that the woman described she'd be wearing so she could stand on top of them to have the dress prepared for alterations. Both mother and daughter wanted their clothes ready the same day within a few hours. So inconsiderate of the workers. And of the other customers. I will not be back. I am sorry that the tailors and other workers there have to tolerate these kinds of inconsiderate jerks.
