***** ETA: Be aware, the dryers are seriously annoying if you use a debit or credit card! The bank alerted us that there were numerous, small charges ($0.25) from a laundromat, asking if they were legit. That's because you have to add money to the dryer in the same way you would add coins, to increase the time. It's a horrible system but I never imagined it would really put through 20 or 30 charges for a quarter each. With all the advances in tech, there is absolutely no reason these machines couldn't accommodate someone typing in the amount of time they wish the dryer to run, and swiping the card ONCE to pay for it. They just lost two stars for this ridiculous system. ***** I'm sure on different days, at different times, it could get crowded here. But on a Tuesday, mid-morning, it's almost deserted. It's super clean and it appears all the machines - and there are a lot of them - are in working order. I really like being able to use a credit or debit card and not worry about coins. I brought my daughter's king-sized comforter here, and it would have taken 34 quarters to wash it! I really don't think $8.50 is excessive for that ... Have you priced a dry cleaner lately? Although I'm not fond of morning tv, I'm sure some folks enjoy it and are happy there are two large screens blaring away. The bathroom, like everything else, was spotless. I was looking for a place where I could get my laundry done because I was overloaded with errands, and Laundry Day jumped out at me because of its name, so I decided to give it a try. It costs about $1.25 per pound, which I thought reasonable. When I picked it up the next day, I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened up the laundry bag: everything was folded neater and as organized as any clothing I've seen on store shelves, and my son's clothes were even put aside in their own neat order. In Fayetteville for business, the hotel laundry machines were expensive and busy, checked out Yelp and went to try the drop-off service at Laundry Day. The nice attendant there told me that I was a little too late for same-day service (8:30 Sunday morning), and I could expect to pick up the clothes on Tuesday. I chose to utilize their on-site coin-op machines instead. They have a wide selection of different-sized machines and I settled on one and swiped my credit card. The clothes were cleaned in about 30 minutes. Having read someone else's issue with the dryer and credit card, I just slid 5 quarters in the dryer for 35 minutes (which was more than adequate). The machines accept all credit cards and quarters. They have an on-site attendant that can change paper money. read more

This little laundry spot is sooo awesome! When my washing machine broke, I used their drop off service twice and everything came back fresh, clean & neatly folded. All the ladies I spoke with at drop offs and pick ups were extremely helpful and pleasant. Even when I called to see if it was possible for some of my clothes not to have been returned. (As suspected, my girls were the culprits. Lol) I believe it was Tammy and Joy that took care of us and I'm definitely going to miss the luxury of having their services now that my machine is fixed. The second time wasn't quite the same! I put directions for my pillow, which is an actual 'My Pillow'. The pillow has specific instructions on not using fabric softener or dryer sheets. I specifically told them, by note that I pinned to the pillow case and I spelled out in the comments section. I received my pillow, and it was damp. I told them to dry it on regular setting, which means with normal heat. Since I don't want mold on my pillow in the future, I was concerned. I decide to try to dry it myself, while I was doing this, I sniffed my pillow to see if they got this wrong, too. They did! It smelled just like my other clothes, which were washed with softener and sheets! I responded to them with this information through text. The owner called me, not identifying herself as the one who washed my clothes/pillow and told me she would have them pick up the pillow, and they did. Two people showed up at my apartment WITHOUT WEARING MASKS and asked for my pillow. I had my mask on, and handed them my pillow. Second time, my pillow was still damp, and it smelled different. That told me that they did wash it with fabric softer/sheets THE FIRST TIME! When I corresponded with a text, the owner told me she was the owner and she washed it without softener/sheets. She is the same person who I spoke to the first time, in which she didn't identify herself as the owner. So, the OWNER of the company doesn't bother to follow the directions as written!! Sad state of affairs! She sarcastically responded with 'have an amazing weekend'. I spent $68 dollars for this service and this is the response I get!! WHEN THE BUSINESS OWNER CAN'T GET THE ORDER RIGHT, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I had one of those laundry today or naked tomorrow days, so I had to do something quick. I checked yelp for a coin laundry and this place stuck out. For starters I realized this building had been vacant for years and had become an eyesore, so I was happy to see someone had turned into something useful to the community. Due to yelp I saw they had extra large washers and dryers and that was what I needed desperately, so off I went. I was pleased to see the parking lot fixed and the interior looking new. Whoever has this business put a lot of money into it. It's clean with wifi and lots of tvs. There is even a desk! The staff is friendly and the large machines were a god send. Oh and best of all. Most machines will take debit and credit cards. One draw back. It's hot!. They could turn the AC down a bit more. I sweated my butt off. read more

used this laundry while in town on business last week,Found out they had drop off service,Clothes turned out good,But the staff acts like they can care a less if your there or not.Once I dropped off at 11 am I was thinking 3-4 hours 6.5 hours later I called to check the lady said "Oh we sent you a text"I Never received once arrived she didn't have my number correct.If thats the case it even shows more that they don't care.You fill out a paper with your info then when she put into system she verified the number again,Yet when I arrived the number she gave me was not even close.Maybe just maybe it could be because one of her kids did it and not her. We just returned from a two-week trip to find that my dryer was not heating! Ugh!! So I packed up all our dirty clothes and headed to Laundry Day on Ramsey. WOW!!! My experience could not have been any better! The owners were helpful, friendly, and treated me like family. They had recently updated the whole place with new large-capacity washers and dryers (which use both coins and credit cards -- so much easier to operate and had extra cycle options), folding tables, and chairs. The room temperature was cool, not what you would expect in July in a laundry, tempting me to stay for the afternoon even though I was finished in about an hour!!! And it was so immaculate, I seriously could have eaten off the floors. I highly recommend Laundry Day on Ramsey!!!! read more

The only laundromat that I'll ever go to. I go to wash my comforters and bathroom rugs. The facility is always immaculately cleaned. They just recently got a face lift by painting and redoing the floors, not that it even matters but I love that they take pride in their business. They are a card friendly facility. If you aren't ok with a lot of laundry transactions showing up on your accOunt, you can purchase a laundry card and load it. Everyone is alwaYs friendly and helpful. I've yet to do the drop off service but when I see them doing other people's laundry, they are takiNg their time, neatly folding and keeping eAch client's things separated and organized. So glad I found this spot, absolutely perfect for my business travels! Dropped off a 9 lb bag of clothes for the wash and fold service around 10am, and had it ready for pickup about mid-afternoon and only cost about $10. Everything was folded and bagged up very nice, and unexpectedly my shirts were hung and bagged separately. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from where I stayed in southern Fayetville near the mall. BF found this laundromat online and boy was it a great find!!! We needed clothes cleaned and Laundry Day has same day drop off services so we gave it a shot. He dropped off the laundry at 0900 and we got a text before noon that the laundry was done. When he dropped off the clothes he got to choose which detergent, fabric softeners, etc. and when we picked up the clothes, they were neatly folded and packaged. His shirts were on hangers like dry cleaning. In all of our travels around the world, we have never had laundry service as spectacular as this. AAAAAAANNNNNDDDDD, let's talk about price....for the level of service we received, it was incomparable. Cost less than $20 for all the clothes we dropped off. The machines take debit cards so no need to worry about quarters. I haven't done the laundry service yet. But it seems legit. The place is clean. The dryers get very hot. Somewhat good location. But whatever you do, be there by 8:30pm. They locked the door on me at 9:13pm and she was out of there by 9:14 PM. I am a devote advocate for the residents and veterans of the Fayetteville VA Medical center. I count it an honor to serve them and recommend services that I feel they can benefit from on a daily basis. Laundry Day, Inc is an outside agency that has extended their services to the veterans by choice. Many of our veterans/ residents are 80 + years old. Many are not accustomed to using credit cards online for anything. The Laundry Day offers pay options of cash or credit card. There is one particular resident/veteran who is over 90 years old and served in the Korean War proudly. Today the manager or clerk that we called to settle a discrepancy treated him like a "second class citizen" as he stated. This veteran prefers to pay cash on delivery of all goods. He has been using this service for a few months and has had several issues with Laundry Day but he chose to continue with their services. His family lives over 2.5 hours away and his wife is elderly as well. Every other week a driver picks his clothing up for laundry service and returns it the next day and gets paid. He is emphatic about not owing anyone for anything because of his pride and age. Every other week his laundry is delivered, he gets a bill, and he pays it. Sometimes we are chasing the driver to pay him and other times we are ready at the door with the veteran. This particular day the invoice was dropped off, he pulled out his money but he noted a discrepancy. The driver high tailed it out so I called the company. The very disrespectful manager stated she keeps up with the invoices and he was wrong. She stated he thinks he is paying each time for the current order but he is not. She stated she bills him twice a month and does not collect anything until the end of the month. The veteran was enraged and so was the entire staff because we see the veteran present his money every other week. Two weeks ago the driver high tailed it before we could give him the money and we again called the company and was told he did not have a bill. Fast forward to today, now he has an unpaid bill and a bill for today. What happens to the money given to the driver? Instead of answering that question the manager stated her husband is in the military and she would not treat another veteran in a negative way. She also offered the justification that her books are accurate and if he had a problem with the service don't send it to them anymore, they would be fine. He was further disrespected by her stating that's why they prefer credit card payments so things are better tracked. If this is acceptable to anyone please explain the rationale. The veterans are in the VA because they have served their country and have come to a place in their lives where they rely on the community. This is a community that uses the phone and computer to belittle and berate elderly because they chose to pay cash. Thank you for your spouses service. What an awesome service they provide. I was in a jam with my car being down so I had no way to do my laundry. I googled laundry facilities that have a pickup and drop off service and found them. I got an immediate response. They literally came to my door, took my laundry and a few hours later dropped it off.
