Been coming here for over two years on my 12 year old 195k 9-3, mostly just for service but in the two or three times I've had to come for other issues they have taken care of me and my vehicle. Dana and Jorge are good people. They do get busy and sometimes are helping other Saab owners but I have never felt anything but friendliness and always a good price. Recently had a electrical issues which were quickly addressed. Just bought a 2011 Saab 9-4X and this is the only place I will take it. read more

I can't say enough about this Saab repair facility. The owner, Dana, is the hardest working man in Tucson! He is honest, fair, trust worthy, and I will never take my car anywhere else and I drive half an hour to get there. Just be patient....he is super busy. read more

Dana was very professional and knew a lot about Saab's. He was able to fix a problem that no other mechanic could. The prices are very reasonable and traveled all the way from Palm Desert, CA to get my 2003 Saab fixed. Thank you! read more

Ok, it's time to update my review. Happy to do it. Still a fantastic place to bring your beautiful saab and I am now on my second one. Just wanted to say that the addition of Diane, Dana's wife, makes a big difference in the shop. She keeps everyone and everything in order and runs a tight ship when it comes to getting everything done smoothly. And she has a calming presence, like oil on the water, which makes a difference. A woman's touch is a good thing, and we all need help in whatever endeavor we are engaged in. She is a valuable addition to an already good shop. read more

Dana has been working on my Saab for years and always provides exceptional service and a good laugh! This is an auto mechanic that you can trust and he won't rip you off. Also, he works on other brands besides Saab. Check out Valet Auto!!! read more

This is where service is guaranteed; mastery and over achievement through and through. Lucky enough to get this place recommended assures your well being. Easily one of the most competant mechanics out there. read more

I called Valet looking for information regarding used Saabs. I had heard some negative things and wanted to get some useful information from the source. Dana was very helpful and even helped me locate a used Saab in town at no charge. I really appreciate his level of customer service and will definitely take my car to be serviced there. Needless to say, the previous owner had really wonderful things to say about Valet. They always treated her right and never tried to do unnecessary service on the car. They are honest and fair, two things you should look for in a mechanic. read more

Brought my Saab in on a flatbed and waited while it was repaired. Dana was excellent, ordering parts from Phoenix and working around other jobs, he got me back on the road same day. Excellent mechanic, excellent price. If you have a Saab, take it to Valet... read more

Took my car in to Valet to get some help with some stuck transmission mount bolts. After calling around to some other shops, which "don't work on Saabs" (ridiculous as it's a GD transmission mount), I happened upon Valet. I talked to Dana on the phone for a minute, and he told me he'd be happy to help me out, and only charge 30 min. labor, if he had time. He found some time for me only a few hours after I called and I brought my car in. He replaced the mount for me, and we chatted the whole time. Dana is awesome! Super friendly guy, full of jokes and stories. He offered me a bunch of advice on little things I had questions about, and was happy to do so. He even read some codes my car was putting out, replaced a fuse which was the issue, and didn't charge me for any of it. This guy clearly knows SAABs, and he made me feel like an old friend. I highly recommend anyone with a Saab to do their repair work with Dana at Valet Auto Service. read more

Dana, the owner, always has a sob story about why he can't fix your Saab. He overcharged me, didn't return my phone calls, and when I asked some complicated questions, he told me to go somewhere else. The problem is, there aren't that many people in Tucson who know Saabs, so it's best not to own one in this town. It's also not a good idea to own one because it is getting harder and harder to get parts for it. He has a horrible attitude. Stay away! read more

I try to do my own general work on SAAB 900's. However when I need help I bring it to Dana. He is honest and very reliable and helps me keep my 900's alive and kicking. I am very thankful for Dana and his great service. read more

Dana is amazing and super generous with the humorous sarcasm. Helped me get my 2001 Saab 9-3 back on the road the SAME DAY! My poor Saab somehow blew both seals on the oil cooler lines. I'm coming back to this shop and HIGHLY recommend you do the same. read more

Simply the only place in Southern AZ for Saab repairs and upkeep. Avoid the dealership like the plague. Dana is an old school mechanic with a taste for racing. Makes you remember how having experts who own their own business and do what you need done with competence and personal charm is totally worthwhile. Believe it or not, it's a pleasure to pay for real service--and his prices are very fair. Long live Valet! read more

I met Dana when I started working with his father. Now Dana runs Valet. The service is good and the price more than fair. The only reason to own a Saab in Tucson is to bring it to Valet. read more

The only place that doesnt say...Its a saab what am I supposed to do? Ive run into other people that take their car only to Dana and I go there from Casa Grande because the previous owner told me to. It actually being towed there in one hour. Yesterday as I was driving I lost power steering. I then figured I could drive back home from Tucson without it..but the water level said hot at the highest setting so I pulled over asap. I called Valet and he told me your belt is off...I said how do you know...he said check in front of the engine...what do you see....uh, the belt is off. He told me what could have happened and addtional damage I could have done and an approximate cost for each...THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENS WHEN U CALL A MECHANIC..THEY ARE LIKE DOCTORS...WE CANNOT DIAGNOSE OVER THE PHONE. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Well It wont be fixed today and they are closed on weekends...but I will be happy if I can get it fixed in less than two weeks because since it will be there..Im gonna have him fix everything that needs to be tweeked. read more

Dana and Jorge have been looking after my beloved Saab for over five years now. I can't hardly believe that we have Saab master mechanics in our little town, but I'm so happy that we do! Don't bother taking your Saab anywhere else; they don't have the level of expertise offered by Valet Auto. Strongly recommend. read more

We are from out of town and today the engine light came on in my Saab. I went to Valet. Dana, the owner, diagnosed the problem immediately. It needed a new thermostat. He said to come back in an hour. He was very busy right before Thanksgiving. He repaired the car in an hour! The irate place I went to, just because I was so near, was incredibly rude. We are on our way to San Diego to bury my mother-in-law. When I said we needed to leave in the morning, he said, "it's called change your plans." Wow. Trust me and trust Valet! read more
