I went back in and asked for a refund of around $16. They refused to give me a refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager the next day. The employee gave me the store number and I gave her my personal cell number, she said "this is business... it doesn't working like that, you have to call him he won't call you". It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . Gas seems fine here, no issues but it's not as good as Costco gas to be sure - I think they are getting the gas from the same source as HEB so if you're not in the Shell rewards system you can get the same function for a couple pennies less. This is a full convenience store with a restroom. Don't expect it to raise the bar, I'd suggest it barely meets any bar and certainly has room for improvement. I stop here for gas on my way home from work if it's convenient timing considering traffic and weather. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to go here if it wasn't exactly on my route home.

So cashier said it's $1.99 I said no it says $1.69. So I ask for manager I guess she doesn't know how to run a store because she tells him just change it (with Additude) I guess getting underpaid makes you rude to the customer. Then the cashier said I can't give you the promotion buy one get one I said why not? He said because I correct the price and I can't give you the promotion. I went in to check out their coffee station and they had a choice of about 5 coffees. The first one I wanted to try (a cinnamon flavor) was empty. The second one (regular) came out barely warm. I let the person at the counter know about that and she came over and pushed some button on the machine. I moved to the far end (Texas Pecan) and that one came out hot. I like their liquid creamer dispenser (half & half, French Vanilla). They also have dry creamer, along with sugar and pink sweetener at the counter across from the coffee. I didn't see any other artificial sweeteners, so they may want to think about also offering the yellow and blue packets. I can definitely see room for improvement, but I think as time passes by things will fall into step and this will be a quick stop location for me to get my coffee pick-me-up
