I brought my little CRV to the carwash not the gas station. I use the middle stall to wash my car. It takes $2 to start the car wash but I only spent a total of $3.50 rinse wash with the soapy brush and rinse again. That's a pretty good deal. The pressure on the hose was nice and strong and a brushes were nice and firm with plenty of soap. I recommend this car wash if you plan to wash your car. It takes quarters not tokens which is a big plus. I recommend the car wash if you're looking for something reasonable. Remember though you have to continue putting your change in before the timer runs out!!!! read more

What a refreshing gas station. A pit stop turned into an unexpected surprise with great coffee, food and snacks.

It seems like there is always a picture on the door of this place of people stealing. I am not saying it is unsafe, it is just an observation. It makes me wonder if they ever catch those people. If you show up to the gas station and see your face do you still come in? Turn and run... lol. It just makes me curious. It is an average Gas station. I give it 4 stars because of the do it yourself car wash in the back. It is the closest to me. If there was one closer I would probably go there. Nothing fancy, it does what it is supposed to do. You get gas, pick up snacks, and wash your car. There is actually a Autowash here too. I think they are advertising it now. At least I saw the pretty new signs for it yesterday, and do not recall seeing them before. Sometimes I think the employees move a bit slow, but it isn't so bad. They are actually sitting in a prime location right off of the 10. I think the price of gas is slightly higher then other Valero's you may go to because of this. read more

Completely cold and downright hostile toward lost little puppies found in their parking lot. After the female cashier escalated a simple misunderstanding (she does have a very thick accent and mumbles) into a verbal altercation, she decided to be a child and rip our "Found Dog" poster from the door and trashed it. So, perhaps there is a home for this dog. Perhaps there is a family that misses her and is looking for her. We'll never know because the clowns at the Valero on Mountain View are oblivious to simple concepts like customer service and human compassion. I've been a customer for 10 years. It's been up and down, but it's always been my favorite stop for smokes and coffee. After this series of stomach-turning events, I'm taking my business to AM/PM on Barton. If you're an animal lover, I'd suggest you do the same. On a side note, their "ice cold drinks" are kept barely lukewarm. read more

This car wash suck!!! Don't come here! The machine for the self wash car wash took my dollar so I had to add more. When it finally started working the pressure washer was a piece of crap no pressure at all. Finally done with the crappy car wash took it to the vacuum section and that area blows too, And not in a good way it had no suction power. Left all the dirt in my car and doesn't pick up any hair. One of my worst car washing experiences. Most of the do it yourself car washing functions do not work. The car wash supple vending machine does not work properly either. Got a horrible car wash which was the equivalent of just spraying your car with a garden hose. But cost a fortune in quarters that I could of just got it professionally cleaned for the same price. Basically after I left this car wash I had to go to a real car wash. Horrible frustrating experience and feel very ripped off. read more

I Go to this gas station all the time. I think some of the employees make faces as if they had an attitude, others are very sweet& friendly. Location is right on fwy 10 so sometimes it's a little crowded but other than that I think it seems like a regular gas station. However, there does happen to be a few freaks or so there every time I go. Lots of people lingering& doing odd tasks. read more

Normally I love going to this gas station because of the friendly cashiers and the self service car wash. Today, however, was a bit of a different experience. I witnessed a big commotion happening right at the gas pumps. Their security guard was harassing one of the customers out loud with no regard to the customers watching. From how it sounded this security guard has been harassing this individual every time he goes to get gas. As a paying customer I don't think that security guard had any right to humiliate that individual in front of all of the other customers. I got a little scared that something might happen so I hurried and pumped my gas and tried to leave as soon as possible because it was escalating really fast. Maybe Valero should let their security guard know what should and shouldn't be done to customers. It's super bad for business. I know I won't be going back there for a minute. Oh well I guess there is always she'll on the other side I the freeway. read more

This place has got great prices on gas although It can be a bit of a hassle if you're trying to leave the station around 5pm. This is partly because the folks at the Amazon warehouse clog up the street when they get off work. The self serve car wash is okay although I feel the timer starts ticking down even before the water is on or the soap comes out. On any given day there will be a panhandler across the street by the freeway exit. read more

I came here to wash my car and was so irritated that I wasted $10 on a car wash and it was still dirty. I went to go tell the clerk that no soap was coming out and there was nothing to wash the rims and (I was mad) he blew up telling me he'd wash it at his house. I told him if I wanted anyone other then myself to wash it I would have spent the $5 more and got a decent car wash. Then he added more time, which did not solve anything since there was no soap, and said you do whatever your going to do and walked away. I have had two bad experiences here with a female employee but everyone else has been decent enough. I am not going back she was so rude the last time. I didn't say much of anything when buying my things and she acted like she hated me on sight. Then tried to shame me for my credit card being declined I asked her to run it again and she kept saying loudly It was DECLINED. So after I payed I called the company and it was the gas stations fault. If they would have run it again it would have been fine. read more
