Idk who owns this place but I just left at 3am and the girl working was nodding off high on something. Took her 20 minutes to ring up my bag of chips. She walked off and locked herself in the bathroom. Then tried putting gloves on for 10 minutes. I didn't know whether I should walk away or call the cops. If you want to wash your windshield when you fill up, go somewhere else! I filled my tank and there was one squeegee, four squeegee buckets and all four were dry! I asked an employee inside for some water for the squeegee and he said it wasn't his job! When asked he did fill a dirty bucket for me to fill Arco's squeegee buckets for them. This five star rating is for Frieda! Not everyone has to be overly friendly just be professional and keep the flow going . She takes care of her customers and her managers customer especially when the manager is rude . Gas stations can't help the environment much but long lines or people waiting too long is personal. Frieda took four customers to her managers one . Then when I did get to the manager she told me someone was on my pump and proceeded to put things away . No one was on my pump . Came to pump gas and had to really use it and they denied me access even though i paid for gas! Told me to go food for less. Cashier was rude and rolled her eyes while speaking to me. If I could give this place 100 negative stars I would. I come here because it's close to work and gas is inexpensive but Everytime I come here there are at least 2 pumps out of service. I could give him no star! The cashier Martin (with curly hair and ponytail), claim to be the store manager. Their pump # 2 was not working and he still charged me on that pump. I came out to the pump and another customer told me that she just told him it was not working for her. I went back asked him to cancel the charge and I had to move to another pump. He told me that I have to go back to the end of the line to wait for my turn. When I try to explain to him that I waited long time to my turn and it was his mistake to charge me on the non-working pump. He was rude and even made ugly face and sticked his tongue out. I paid for a car wash at the pump. The recipe didn't come out. I went inside asked for the receipt so I could get the car washed. After punching the code in green lights went on then changed to red as my tires hits the bump. All lights went dark. I waited for something to happen for a few moments and when nothing happened I backed up and then pulled forward going over the bump still nothing went on so I called the store. The assistant manager Martin answered the phone and told me that I reset the code there was nothing he could do I said but nothing happened I paid for a car wash and I did not get one he said that I went over the bump I raced the code so I went inside the store asked to talk to someone again it was the same assistant manager and he told me the same thing. I asked to talk to the manager they said she was unavailable assisting an employee in the back. I called the 800 number and made a complaint they have failed to get a hold of me. They did not close off the car wash with the out of order sign. Very bad customer service it's only $8.99 for this car wash. It took up an extra half hour of my day after paying for my gas going into the store to talk to somebody.When they kept taking customers in line I asked well should I stand in line so I could get my refund. The woman behind the counter said yes so after getting in line that's when it got to my turn Martin was at the register and told me "You cleared the code" He would not Assist with the problem. Do NOT pay for a carwash here. I paid for my carwash according to their directions. When I drove into the wash, it never started. I went inside to ask for a refund or a credit towards a wash. The guy at the counter was entirely unhelpful and said they were unable to give any refunds of any kind for their defective carwash. They literally stole my $5. This is consistently the worst Arco around. If you want to pay at the pump, either the system is excruciatingly slow or it's offline. So you then have to go inside and wait in the stupidly long line.
