How in the world do you NOT have public restroom at a gas station of ALL places?? If it wasn't for needing gas un the moment while leaving would have waited to put gas elsewhere. I know.bow to never stop here again! read more

The employees sit out on their car in front of the store and smoke a joint on breaks. I get needing a vice, but right in front of the store? In your uniform? So who have to walk through weed smoke to go into the door. No one is very friendly in that store either. I'll start going to the one at the top of California street and Barton road. read more

Decent amount of pumps; three spots per pump. What what a little peculiar: no one seemed to be in their cars! I guess everyone was inside paying cash or shopping? I was the only person actually pumping gas.. but there were several other cards parked at the pumps. In the amount of time I was there, no one else came out. It was a little weird, which is what caught my attention. $4.19 (debit card) for regular. 2023: 18/100 read more

Idk who owns this place but I just left at 3am and the girl working was nodding off high on something. Took her 20 minutes to ring up my bag of chips. She walked off and locked herself in the bathroom. Then tried putting gloves on for 10 minutes. I didn't know whether I should walk away or call the cops. This is completely unsafe for the business and for herself being alone at a gas station in the middle of the night when she's clearly not responsive and under the influence. read more

If you want to wash your windshield when you fill up, go somewhere else! I filled my tank and there was one squeegee, four squeegee buckets and all four were dry! I asked an employee inside for some water for the squeegee and he said it wasn't his job! When asked he did fill a dirty bucket for me to fill Arco's squeegee buckets for them. This is really poor customer care. I live here in Redland and could buy gas here often but this customer won't be back. read more

This store really need to fire the so called manager. She is discriminating against people with disabilities and refusing them service. I am a regular here and have witnessed her negative behavior before. Today, I experienced it first hand. Fyi, just because a person may look ok, does not mean that they do not have a disability. Also, if she is the manager, shouldn't she be wearing an AMPM polo or a badge? Today I confused her with a pan handler as her clothes were filthy and she was hanging out in front of the store. She definitely lacks a professional appearance if she is in fact the manager. I come here several times a week, but after todays experience I will take my money to the Shell up the street. read more

It's an AM PM what do you expect? Not their fault, but this location is always crawling with pan handlers all hours of the day. Also half their pay at the pump ATM machines never work and are slower than dial up. Why do I keep coming here?? read more

Your gas station on 2098 W Redlands Blvd in CA is trash!!! This was my 3rd time going there, the outside pay stations don't work. Today gallons of gas sprayed on my car because the auto shutoff valve for your pumps is broken. This is a major safety hazard & fire risk. Today you lost a loyal customer!!! read more

It is the closest to my work, but it is constantly closed. Either for payment problems, restocking, or whatever. Have to go out of my way to get gas and drinks at a competitor down the street to meet my needs. I don't know what the owner is thinking letting this happen so often. read more

This five star rating is for Frieda! Not everyone has to be overly friendly just be professional and keep the flow going . She takes care of her customers and her managers customer especially when the manager is rude . Gas stations can't help the environment much but long lines or people waiting too long is personal. Frieda took four customers to her managers one . Then when I did get to the manager she told me someone was on my pump and proceeded to put things away . No one was on my pump . I doubles checked pump number came in and Frieda says come here I will help u and no one was on the pump. Shout out to frieda read more

Came to pump gas and had to really use it and they denied me access even though i paid for gas! Told me to go food for less. Cashier was rude and rolled her eyes while speaking to me. Very bad service when going inside station. If a customer is already giving to ur business, why send them elsewhere for their needs? Even if it was due to pandemic issues, then why other stores are providing what they can without service? Makes no sense, if u need gas or anything else for that matter, do not come here. Take ur business and money elsewhere and help them out. read more

If I could give this place 100 negative stars I would. I come here because it's close to work and gas is inexpensive but Everytime I come here there are at least 2 pumps out of service. The workers are either on their phone or blasting their music. Half the squeegees are missing or destroyed. I hope their corporate see this and makes some changes. read more

I wish there a minus star to give them . 1- the pump Is slow and did Not give me the receipt . 2 . Talked to the female shop assistance and she was rude in her answer and I had to explain more than time to get My Receipt. NEVER AGAIN Ps . Worst gas station ever. Completely filthy and not sanitized what so ever. Card reader doesn't work. Doesn't print receipts. Don't go inside and talk to the two fat women working there... Extremely rude. Made it sound like it was my fault that they are too lazy to fill the paper for receipts. They don't care about social distancing or masks either. I will never return. I would rather pay more at another cleaner, better run gas station. read more

if only there were negative stars. This is a horrible gas station, not bad prices but honestly, rude workers, and slow pumps. I give the cashier 10 dollars to pump gas and he puts 9 and when I go in to tell him I gave him 10 he literally tells me "I Counted it 3 times, it was nine" I call BS I counted it before I gave it to him, I spreaded it out as well, if it was only 9 why not tell me before I walk out. Do NOT pay for a carwash here. I paid for my carwash according to their directions. When I drove into the wash, it never started. I went inside to ask for a refund or a credit towards a wash. The guy at the counter was entirely unhelpful and said they were unable to give any refunds of any kind for their defective carwash. They literally stole my $5. I will never visit this location for any reason ever again. read more

I could give him no star! The cashier Martin (with curly hair and ponytail), claim to be the store manager. Their pump # 2 was not working and he still charged me on that pump. I came out to the pump and another customer told me that she just told him it was not working for her. I went back asked him to cancel the charge and I had to move to another pump. He told me that I have to go back to the end of the line to wait for my turn. When I try to explain to him that I waited long time to my turn and it was his mistake to charge me on the non-working pump. He was rude and even made ugly face and sticked his tongue out. What kind of business would hire this kind of immature to serve its customer? I hope the real owner or manager sees this review. read more

I paid for a car wash at the pump. The recipe didn't come out. I went inside asked for the receipt so I could get the car washed. After punching the code in green lights went on then changed to red as my tires hits the bump. All lights went dark. I waited for something to happen for a few moments and when nothing happened I backed up and then pulled forward going over the bump still nothing went on so I called the store. The assistant manager Martin answered the phone and told me that I reset the code there was nothing he could do I said but nothing happened I paid for a car wash and I did not get one he said that I went over the bump I raced the code so I went inside the store asked to talk to someone again it was the same assistant manager and he told me the same thing. I asked to talk to the manager they said she was unavailable assisting an employee in the back. I called the 800 number and made a complaint they have failed to get a hold of me. They did not close off the car wash with the out of order sign. Very bad customer service it's only $8.99 for this car wash. It took up an extra half hour of my day after paying for my gas going into the store to talk to somebody. When they kept taking customers in line I asked well should I stand in line so I could get my refund. The woman behind the counter said yes so after getting in line that's when it got to my turn Martin was at the register and told me "You cleared the code" He would not Assist with the problem. So I believe the car wash is broken and they are taking money from honest customers an they did from me. read more

Super annoyed after coming to this arco -_- Firstly, the customers who come here are RUDE. There are lines for each of the gas pumps (since this place is super crowded!!) and people will always cut you off. They won't back up to let you pass through, etc. The machine to pay wasn't working so I had to purchase my gas inside... I will say that the gas is cheap... but is it really worth it? I think not. read more

Horrible customer service. They had 3 people behind the counter at 10pm. And they did not open another register as the line expanded to ten people. The line took ten minutes for 2 people to be helped. Not coming back. My 1 drink was not worth ten minutes plus this review! read more

Every time I come, the receipt paper is out at the machines. Very annoying as sometimes I need a receipt for work to get expensed back.

This is consistently the worst Arco around. If you want to pay at the pump, either the system is excruciatingly slow or it's offline. So you then have to go inside and wait in the stupidly long line. Surly employees that visibly hate where they work. I've witnessed them yelling at frustrated customers. read more

Really good. Love arco. Just really wish they'd accept credit :/ I have a credit card I should really use for gas.

again asked to produce i.d. to buy a lottery ticket in order to confirm age. i am 70!!!!! the guy in front of me bought beer and he looked about 15. the people they get to work here must have to take an i.q. test and flunk it to get the job. the place is filthy and the manager ( in the fake platinum wig ) has a ridiculous arrogant attitude. they say it is their policy to check i.d. but won't explain exactly why. regard this as a way to steal your i.d. give this place a -10 stars. read more
