I was having a really bad day once when I stopped in, and Beth was one of the kindest people I had met in a long time. Since then, I've looked forward to seeing her every visit. The compassion and friendliness from the staff here really stand out. The station itself can be a little small and hectic to get in and out of, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but it's absolutely worth it for the prices and the atmosphere inside. I had my dog with me, who is a service dog. As I walked in, the man working there said to me, "Hey you can't have that dog in here." I turned to him with a smile and said, "Oh she's a service dog." Because I understand that they have the right to ASK me if she is a service dog. He then proceeded to say where is her tag? I said she is a service dog, and by California Law you are only allowed to ask me, 1) if she is a service dog. 2) what her service to me is. And she is a service dog, and she provides me with anxiety support. He then had me come around the side to show me a piece of paper that says that service animals are permitted in the store. I read the sign aloud to him, because I genuinely assumed he may not read English since he thought it said she had to have documents. And again he told me to get out of the store. I started getting anxious (hence the anxiety support dog!) and continued telling him that I would report him to the better business bureau and to Yelp and he told me and my husband to get the hell out! I almost in tears, left and went to Chevron where we were welcomed to come in and the clerk there, even consoled me for what had happened. I will NEVER buy gas or anything else from this Quick Stop.

They also have a selection of hot food for purchase not unlike an ARCO or 7-11. Price for gas is usually as good or better than other bigger company options. Clerks are always pleasant and helpful. If you do go here, when coming down N 1st from the freeway, do bot turn right at the light on N Lincoln as there isnt an easy left turn into the Gas station, instead continue on N 1st through the k ight and turn right into the Rotten Robbie parking lot at its far end.

Love that they don't have a tire track on the ground that could scratch your rims. This machine gives your car the option of "soft cloth" or "no touch" washing. Overall great job cleaning the smooshed bugs off the windshield. The dry time is kind of short though. Big mahalo to Derek for his great customer service.

I went to the non commercial Interstate Oil gas station Tuesday night. I swiped my card, it…read moreaccepted my card and asked that I select my grade and begin fueling. I attempted to pump my gas and nothing came out. So, I pulled to a different pump and tried again. Same thing. So, realizing that maybe their pumps were closed(even though there was nothing stating as such AND it was still accepting my card) I moved to another place to get my gasoline. The next day upon reviewing my bank account I saw that they were holding $150 ($75 per attempt). It is not a charge but it is money HELD meaning I can not access it. I spoke with my bank and they had told me that I needed to talk to the gas station and have them release it. Just like anyone else I needed my money so I began trying to get it released. I called the station and was given the number of Bob Matthews who did not answer or return my call the first day. I was persistent on day two and he finally answered. He was on vacation and told me to call Bob Frost. I called and he answered and told me he was not sure how to fix it but he would call me back. After a few minutes of researching he called me back and told me that there was nothing he can do. That I simply had to wait for the computer to clear it. He expected it would happen tomorrow, but he really did not know. He also told me that this same thing had happened to at least one other patron. I suggested that they turn off the credit portion of the machine (which I have seen before) when they turn off the pumps. His only reply was, "I don't know, I don't know." I have no access to my money and no options other than to sit and wait.

However, when I went to their ATM to get cash, my ATM card got stuck in the reader, I guess my nails were a little too long to retrieve it. I literally almost screamed for help, but I didn't scream in a panic lol a very nice gentleman Jose, who works there heard me and came to my rescue. Not only did he help me get my card out. He waited patiently for my transaction to complete. He then asked me, was there anything else that I needed? I replied no, but I truly appreciate you so much for helping me. He replied, you're welcome and it was my pleasure. Little things like that make a huge difference and the fact that he went above and beyond and was so patient with me along with providing great customer service Meant the world to me. I've been to that gas station many times on my commute out to the Bay Area over the years and I've never went inside except for that day, but I'm glad that I did.
