Not much you can say about some service stations. This one is exceptionally small. But my biggest peeve is no receipt at pump. The pump monitor even asks you if want a receipt before you being pumping, but once you finish, it tells you to go inside for receipt. Again, another scam to get people to impulse buy. It's unfathomable the people at the store can't check the machines in the morning to see if they have adequate paper, so I am convinced they intentionally let it go without to force you inside hoping you will purchase something else. If you are just about on empty or running on fumes, go ahead and fill up here, otherwise, I recommend another place where they don't scam you to try and get you to come inside to spend more money.

The issues I have with his place are small but a lil annoying. First of all I give at least two stars for friendly staff. One of the "small" issues are that the receipts don't print out on the pumps. It's annoying that we have to go in every time to retrieve a receipt (for those of you who even want a receipt). A complaint was issued with them and they told me they weren't going fix the pumps because it would be too expensive to update all the pumps. Then sometimes when I go to the office to get the receipt, the dude isn't there and we have to wait until he comes back just to get the receipt! Also they don't put any windshield wash solution in their wiper buckets. It's straight water which doesn't do much to clean the windows. On the flip side, I left a message with their corporate office and I think they are going to actually fix the pumps now so receipts will print. After almost a year of waiting, I think it's time. I'm mean come on...this is union 76!

Owner(?) filled our 20gal tank in a couple minutes (~4.7gal pumped I believe), came out to $18.61 out the door. He has a card reader for credit cards, but it didn't work when we tried, so I paid in cash and got a written receipt. Combined with buying the tank new from Costco ($42.99) + the tank fill, you're coming ~$8 ahead compared to buying a new filled tank from a gas station or U-Haul ($69.99?). But the real cost savings comes from refills--instead of paying $30-$40 for a tank exchange, you're paying less than $20 for a fill and get to chat. Looks like he had different tanks for sale if you wanted to get everything there (I might pick up a 30gal in the future) and prices seemed reasonable. Not sure if he sells/refills small camping/hiking tanks..I assume so but will ask next time. It's only a couple minutes off the 163 so easy to get to as well. Will definitely be coming back!

We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.
