I couldn't get it to do just the rinse cycle. I first had to start off with the soap, which I didn't want, by the time I was able then flip it work on rinse the time had ran out. I then had to put another three dollars of quarters in to get the rinse run to remove the soap. Upon a few recent returns to NuShine Carwash I had to pause & give a 'Shoutout' to them for the…read moresuperb job & consistency over the years. This is a smaller carwash than most, but please don't be deceived. I put them up with the best of 'um! They are located in south Kansas City & I've literally traveled ALL over the place for a 'worth it' carwash. Many have disappointed. I've been to the biggest & newest & the oldest & not-so-appealing ones, but this place is excellent, I kid you not. I am big on seeing my teeth shine through my car & I want the tires the same. I must say, it has rained & rained again & my tires are STILL shining. I don't know what product or system is used, but I am one happy camper for this. Out of ALL the carwashes in the two Kansas Cities, they have my vote for tire shine. The carwash is just as great & I appreciate that no matter how long I stay away, when I return I can count on the same outstanding quality & the fair bang for my buck makes my wallet sing! Thanks for appreciating your customers & offering weekly specials & 'happy hour'! Whoever heard of such? Maybe I'm late, but I'm grateful just the same. Way to compete NuShine...hometown proud!

The manager didn't want to fix the issue until after I threatened to walk away from the sale all together. The deli faves are 3.99 ea plus tax for a 6 in the total should have been just over $17 the manager tried to charge over $20 it should be company policy to charge the least amount possible. She asked what I wanted on them when she approached to help the trainee and I pointed at the deli faves and said what ever comes on them I know you can't customize them. Make sure it's the correct amount before you pay. I was just trying to use my daily $17 meal voucher as a level 4 rewards member for buying my semi fuel at TA

It's about an hour east of KC which is a nice time for a stop as you've broken through a wall of traffic. It's about three hours west of St. Louis, which times out well for a pit stop before getting back into a city. In my opinion, if you can't see it off the highway, we're not pulling the car over for it. Fortunately this one is right there, and inside is nice and big with good, clean restrooms, which lemme just add, that is not always the case along I-70! The clerk was friendly as well, and there are lots of snacks and other options. All in all, this spot is a nice little stop as are most of the Travel Centers you'll come across.

The ONLY REASON I did NOT give this a "SINGLE STAR" is bc of the wonderful lady that greeted me at the front. She was "older" and looked a bit rough around the edges, but my goodness she was sweet, knowledgeable and respectful. Wait, wait forrrrr it, wait forrrrrr it... BUUUUUUUUTT! True colors then followed, the rest of the staff was rude, disrespectful and down right a bunch of terrible professionals. They talk down to ya, there is zero direction unless they scream and expect you to act like you created the dang infrastructure and built that place. THENNNNNN, the car wash, or shall I say $15.50 worth of some wet hula dancers swishing and swishing back and forth across my hood and later my entire car. Reason I say this is there was zero type of soap, a sprinkling of hot wax foam and that was the "WORKS WASH". I will say, the guys at the end were decent but still assumed you were there before. I had one guy telling me to move fwd. the other guy behind me, still drying my car, saying STOP, STOP/Alto, Alto!!! I will never, EVER RETURM THERE AGAIN. Thank you nice lady at the front!
