Found the station I needed, grabbed some cups and proceeded to fill the cups. Noticed that the cups are thicker (looks like to accommodate having the paper sleeve built in). Got to the cash register where there was one employee helping multiple people, rushing you and not particularly friendly. Was told my total was $4.11! For 2 small hot cocoas. Last time I was at QT they were .99. The hot cocoa was not even good! It was hot but lacks in the hot chocolate flavor. You are better off making swiss miss hot cocoa at home. I did not return to any QT's on my visit to the midwest and will likely only stop here for gas in the future.

While traveling I don't like to feel like I've gotten off on an exit straight into the twilight zone. 1.) not a sparkling clean bathroom. Not a dump, but the store gave off a grimy feel. 2.) looked like plenty, but I didn't peruse the place cuz it felt grimy (see above) 3.) Approaching from eastbound I-70, not the quickest alternative. Took about 5 minutes from exit with slow cars and lights. When ya gotta use the facilities, this is unfortunate! Parking lot/gas station crowded. 4.) I got a friendly good-bye as I walked out. Choose a rest stop more out of the city if you can!
