Luckily, after some digging, they found that Flowers was open until midnight, and scheduled a tow truck to drop off there. Two hours later, however, the tow company still hadn't even started a trip out, and the number provided for them simply went to a voicemail that was misconfigured. I called Flowers directly instead, hoping to just confirm that they were in fact open until midnight (which was quickly approaching), and that's where things turned around. Not only were they still open, but he said that he'd wait until we got there -- even if it was after midnight -- and to call him back if the tow company still wasn't en route and he'd make arrangements to come out instead. And he did exactly that, driving out and picking us up, dropping the rest of the family off at a hotel, mounting and balancing a replacement tire on the wheel, and then driving back out and installing the tire, getting me back on the road just before 2 AM. To top it off, he did all this with the focus on getting the problem fixed before worrying about how he was going to get paid. If that's not the definition of excellent service, I don't know what is.

Once I got into my garage and stepped out of the car, there was transmission fluid leaking all over the place. The shop there told me that whoever had serviced my car at Robert's Garage had not tightened anything down, and now I need a whole new transmission. I am a single working parent, and I was left with a $3500 bill to repair my car after the incompetence at Robert's Garage. I would advise anyone with a car issue to stay as far away as possible from Robert's Garage. I should have known better, the shop is very junky and in disarray. They obviously take no pride in their workplace and are completely incompetent.
