From the start, Dr. Sarah was confident, calm, and reassuring. She took incredible time and care with my temporaries--they were secure, comfortable, and shaped beautifully, which immediately put me at ease. For the first time, I wasn't worried they would fall out. When it came time for the permanent veneers, we were unsure about the color at first, but Dr. Sarah said to try them in and reassured me we could redo them if needed. She was right--they were a perfect match. She even scheduled a follow-up to make sure I was completely happy. Dr. Sarah and her assistant were patient, meticulous, and truly passionate about their work. After years of stress over this process, I finally feel at ease knowing my smile is in expert hands, and I'm so grateful I found Brielle Dentistry.

I have been debating writing this review for quite a while, since Brielle Dentistry Co seems to…read moreonly get rave reviews here and people appear to have had good experiences with them, but please consider my personal experience with them a cautionary tale. I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.

Every step of the way, things are explained to you and shown to you -- no guessing as to what's going on. As pain-free as dentistry can possibly be. I have brought every member of my family to her -- from kids to geriatric cases -- and they've all felt the same: They love her. I cannot tell you how many problems she's taken on from other dentists and corrected. And finally, there's Dr. Wagner's effervescent personality. On your worst day, she will leave you with a smile you cannot wipe off your face if you tried. With Dr. Wagner, I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

She and her staff are very nice and treat you like you are part of their little family. Dr. Carole is extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable while she worked on my one tooth. I have a front tooth that has given me a lot of trouble and this time is was a filling that fell out. Dr. Carol looked at the problem and got to work. I was in no pain and felt so comfortable while she and her assistant worked to get my tooth fixed. I have to say, I have always been afraid of dentists, but Dr. Carole has the right touch and is so nice that you almost forget you are at the dentist. Finally, my front tooth is fixed and I can smile again. Thank you Dr. Carole and all of your staff. I will be coming to you from now on. You really are the Tooth Fairy! The hygienist, Nicole, working in the office that day was the best I have ever known in the years of attending dental practice. I have very sensitive gums and teeth cleaning can be uncomfortable. Nicole did a thorough job with a gentle, deft touch. She was very pleasant and informative, explaining every step in advance and then carried out with great care. After Nicole finished, Dr. Jewell, as usual, did a thorough, careful, and reassuring examination. I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough.

X-rays cleaning about $100. Can't go wrong, right? Well it was the wrong choice. To begin, one of my molars left side bottom cracked on thanksgiving day 2023. I was able to push the filling back into the tooth and the pain went away, however something needed to be done quickly. I called Seaview the day after Thanksgiving, a normal workday right? Not true, the man answered the phone said I can't help you, he said nobody wanted to come into work today, I could hear him shrugging his shoulders at the other end of the phone. Did not even offer a back up dentist. I went elsewhere that same day got x-rays taken and ultimately had a tooth extracted in January 2024. Wrongly I decided to resume my normal appointments with Seaview dental. About two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for May 1 at 12 noon. Angie took the call and made the appointment. The day before this appointment, I decided to call the office just to confirm the appointment since I have not heard from them to confirm the appointment. Somebody named Kelly answered the phone and said no we do not have you down for an appointment at 12 and we have it down for 9:45 AM. I told her there's no way I would've made that appointment and I did have it scheduled for 12 noon. She told me she would call me right back. She didn't. Early in the morning got a call from somebody in the office named Helen, who told me that they do not have any availability at 12 noon. This was a message left on my telephone. At a few minutes after 12 noon, I got a call from Angie saying "where are you, you're supposed to be here for your 12 o'clock appointment?" Yes, twilight zone. I explained everything to her, she admitted there was a mistake in the scheduling, and I heard the words "I'm sorry" numerous times. I was so disgusted with this place that I decided this is the end. I'm going elsewhere. Travel at your own risk. This is not a pleasant pleasant to deal with.

I have been to many dentists throughout my years and all are very similar, but my visit with Dr. Fallon was like nothing I had experienced in any other office...He is not only a dentist but a gifted artist. I needed to replace a 30 year old bridge that was wearing and not very aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Fallon' replaced the bridge and as a result of his precision. demand for perfection, dentistry skills, and keen artistic eye, has totally transformed my smile. I had no idea he could make such a change and words are inadequate at best to describe how happy I am with his work and the transformation he has made for me.
