I even followed up via voicemail and email several times. All of that on top of providing all information requested so they know exactly what was needed for our survey needs as well as my general availability upfront. It's just too much of a lag that is incredibly unacceptable. No one even calls voicemails back or even answers the phone at all, in case that is helpful at all. Why even have a business phone number?! Just a waste of time. Tip for this company - actually give potential customers a potential timeline upfront, especially if they take the time to follow up several times. If you are busy, say so. And give an idea of when customers can expect to hear back. (Example: We are busy will likely get back you you in the next two weeks.) That way customers know what to expect from the get go, which is the way good businesses handle communication.
