The special requests were taken care of correctly and cooked to perfection. This tiny pizza joint is set up with and a big counter inside. Although space is limited, it is bight and cheerful and easy to navigate. The ease of a small parking lot really helps as well. Valero's Pizza is great pizza worth the drive to pick it up, it is delivery or carry out. We first tried it when they had a restaurant in Kenosha by Target. Sadly it was closed and now it is just carry out/delivery. I was dog sitting in Somers so it was a short drive to get it and I had wonderful lunches with the leftovers! Wow... this was the worst pizza we have ever had by a mile! Just this weird soft bread slathered with tomatoe paste and toppings... it was seriously disgusting. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one fully deserves all of it. Cannot say enough bad things about how gross this was. read more

Just updating... I had an issue with an order I placed two weeks ago. I requested that the manager call me, but I never received a call. I called two other times to complain, but still no one has contacted me. Obviously, they don't care about their customers when they mess up!! I guess if that's how management is, it's not a surprise their staff treats customers so poorly! FYI, they have lost the business of at least 28 of my family and friends since they treated me so poorly. I'll do my best to see that they lose more customers as well! read more

First, I want to say quality was NEVER a question of your food. We've always enjoyed the meals we've received from your establishment until today! Now that I passed on dinner to write this review while my guests enjoy their meal... SOMEONE FOUND A HAIR in their slice of pizza! it was clearly from the restaurant as it was EMBEDDED in the cheese. I'm so sick! I also feel the need to share my concern about the time it takes for delivery. Over the last few orders, the wait times have been excessively long. On multiple occasions, it has taken well over an hour, and most recently, it was nearly 2 hours for a single thin-crust pizza and when I got it, I HAD TO CUT IT. Whom ever "cut" the pizza did not cut all the way thru or even. I still CANNOT BELIEVE we've found a HAIR! I'm so very embarrassed. I understand that delays can happen, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a heads-up when there are extended wait times. Transparency about the expected delivery time would help set realistic expectations and improve the overall experience. I'm also not happy to hear that the person waiting for my order stated that there was priority and favoritism going on for certain customers and that they feel my order had been pushed back to accommodate those customers. I'm disappointed and hope that you take this feedback and do something with it. Although you lost a customer today hopefully you can avoid this happening to anyone else. read more

Valeo's has the absolute best gluten free pizza in Kenosha. The crust is always baked perfectly, both crisp and chewy, and the toppings are quality stuff, applied generously. They're also the only pizzeria that cuts the GF pizza in squares instead of cutting it like a pie. Ordered from them again on Sunday. They redeemed themselves on previous order. They are pretty inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes not so good this time we were disappointed ordered extra sauce and had regular sauce no big deal. But we had a 16 inch (extra large). If we were lucky it had about 12 pieces of meat on the whole pizza. They need to be more consistent. Will be trying new places to find consistency. read more
